I first had Simba come to our previous home for a slab leak. Travis was a great plumber and enjoyed working with him. When we purchased our new home and remodel everything he came and took care of SEVERAL plumbing projects for us.

James came out to replace a broken gas shutoff valve. He was courteous, professional, and completed the job quickly and effectively.

I had sewage coming up from my master bathroom toilet and shower. Then my second bathroom starting acting up. I attempted to call my home warranty after waiting on hold for about an hour and a half I decided to end the call. From there I called Charity Plumbing and talked with the owner Jim. Within the hour Bill showed up and I explained the situation. He ended up going onto my roof and snaking the main pipe. They were beyond professional from start to end. I’m going to be recommending them to all of my family and friends.

I had the greatest experience with this company. They came out next day when I called to have a quote. and then scheduled the service only a few days later. The technician that came out, Roger, was incredibly friendly and professional. He answered any additional questions I had and the work was completed fast and with no issues.

The company was also very flexible in letting me do all the excavating and not forcing me to use their services.

These folks came recommended by a neighbor. The appointment was made and Mike showed up on time and ready to go. He fixed our hot water situation in no time and we now have hot water, on demand! Price was fair and the outcome was great. A Recirculation System was installed and its awesome.

I was blown away by the amazing service provided by our Day & Night install crew. They were so professional, very skilled, efficient, and polite. I would give them more stars if I could. Andrew, the lead on our install was right on time and ready to go. He was so happy for it being 6:30 on a Saturday morning! He knew exactly what needed to be done and was so efficient; they got done much sooner than the 8-10 hours we were told it would take. The terrific workmanship is so evident when we looked at it when they were completed. George was a true craftsman. My husband was impressed at how much precision and talent was used to install the copper pipes; he previously working in HVAC knows that many times the copper pipe is twisted and stretched to make the connections, but George's work was impeccable and precise. Joe was always hustling about helping Andrew, etc. It was extra awesome that it seemed like all 3 of them were actually enjoying themselves; laughing, singing, etc. I could not say enough wonderful things about these guys, the company, etc. We used Day & Night because of their generosity to replace the A/C unit at the AZ Humane Society. But after working with Jeremy, who got our old unit fixed so that it would limp along until we got our new unit; Brian who sold us the new unit and then these guys in install...well...I have a whole different reason to adore this company! It was a complete pleasure working with them. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Mountain Ridge Plumbing Services has staff that are professional AND kind. They immediately responded to our request for the installation of a new water tank and gave us a quote significantly less than another company. Once we agreed, they scheduled a technician to come out the next day. We were regularly notified when to expect him, and quite frankly, this technician who brought and installed the new tank was probably the most thorough and respectful plumbing technician we've ever had (we've lived in our same home for decades.) The contrast in the experiences we had with other companies before we contracted with Mountain Ridge was night and day. The others were late, quoted us sky high prices (I guess that's expected these days?), and still tried to upsell us. Mountain Ridge asked us what we wanted, gave us one price that was so much more in line with what we had researched, arrived on time, and had us back in the hot water business quickly, a huge relief after days of haggling with other companies.
