We were all in with the installation plan when he informed us of their warranty programs and excellent customer service. Start to finish Nate was professional and personal. He helped us pick the perfect 2 system package for our home. He answered all of our questions and made the process very easy. Parker and Sons was the obvious choice for us due to their exceptional service, professionalism, and price point!

You felt like family to us all.Update: We had a virtually broken A/C unit and Sean D. and his partner, as well as Alex and his other partner, did an AMAZING job. They not only were extremely worried that we had gone without A/C for so long (3 days) but they also informed us of several things with our house that we weren’t aware of. It’s incredible to have seen the 9+ hour work they put into, replacing both an outdoor and indoor unit, plus breaking out drywall to retrieve it, AND redoing a bunch of wiring for the zoning of the A/C unit. These guys were not only gentleman but truly hard workers. And again, I felt as though it were my own family working on my home. They were honest, straight to the point, but not trying to overcharge. Here is my honest review. Tony the technician came to my condo to inspect my AC which seemed to not be blowing cold enough. My AC ended up working just fine, just the heat and humidity was not allowing it to preform to a high standard. It was mentioned that my coils were dirty and without asking me if i'd like the service of them being clean, let alone being told it would be an additional charge, the coil within the unit of the split system was cleaned (4/5 minute thing spray some solution with water). The coil cleaning ended up being $170+ additional charge. If I would have been told the price I would have done the service myself. Tony was a great guy and answered the few questions I had, so I don't want to take away from that. Overall if you use this company just be prepared for a large charge or ask repeatedly if this is a charge. I know small businesses are hurting right now, but not being transparent with prices before tasks are done can put customers into a pinch.

Beware the Chas Roberts toxic kingdom, headed by Chief of Toxicology, Sissie Roberts Shank. Shank nee Roberts aka Sissie installs thousands of new AC's in new builds throughout the valley and so many of them fail and break down right at or around the 2 year mark. Such is the case in the east valley, where scores of unhappy homeowners curse the name of Chas Roberts in private Facebook groups wondering how they can get even with Sissie's toxic kingdom of minions who keep old phone calls on file, which they scan for key words to gaslight you with when you call with complaints or questions.Just google Roberta “Sissie” Roberts Shank and her SEC filings are public record. Ever wonder what the penny pinching does for her? She owns hundreds of thousands in stocks, the sale of which are public record that you can easily see on Google.Final word: beware the cheapie welds where Sissie's techs weld copper to aluminum. That's often the point of failure in the newly installed systems, where our community has seen dozens of failures and leaks. Sissie's toxic kingdom won't come back to fix it either. Just be ready for it if you see Chas Roberts on your thermostat.

I called Day & Night Air Conditioning on Memorial Day when my AC stopped working. Someone answered call and scheduled me in the next day. Technician came in and provided me a quote for repair, and I decided to replace system. They were able to schedule the replacement the following day. Technician (Chris) and another Tech (forgot the name) did a very good job with installation. They were very professional, clean and answered any questions I had. I would recommend Day & Nigh AC to anyone.

Plumbing problems are a pain in the neck. Its the one thing I cant do and dislike the most about taking care of my home. Scott is the guy you want on your side to help with any issue you cant take care of around your house. He was there when he said he would be....called ahead to confirm....had no issues running to get the parts i didnt have already - and was quick and efficient in his work.
