We had a refrigerator emergency and for a family of 8 we definitely needed to figure out why it wasn't working correctly asap! After a couple calls, Wyman plumbing and mechanical came out the same day. George made the arrangements and Robert our technician was able to diagnose our problem. Although we chose to purchase a new refrigerator after getting the final diagnosis (economically made more sense) we still appreciated the efficiency, professionalism, and honesty for the services rendered. Cisco arrived at our home to repair our leaking water heater unit. He took the time to explain what he would be doing during the replacement. In addition, he patiently explained to use the current regulations for water heaters and that he would be attaching a water safety tank to our new unit and what it was for.Cisco was extremely professional and did a great job of replacing our unit and restoring hot water back into our home.This is the second time we’ve used Ben Franklin to service our water heater and we have not been disappointed.

No major backup problems as I had first suspected but rather a number of smaller issues at the individual drains. Worth the service call even tho nothing fixed thank you.

Austin was great! He was willing to answer all of my questions regarding our A/C and condenser unit. He was on time, professional, and courteous. I had a water related emergency and Second Opinion was able to send out a tech the same day I called! I would highly recommend them for any A/C or plumbing needs! FAIR PRICING TOO! I never felt like they were trying to charge extra or get more money than estimated.

Paradise Valley Plumbing came out to re-hook up our new cast iron sink, faucet, new garbage disposal and dishwasher. He installed two angle stops and looped our dishwasher hose. Also they installed a new ptrap and drain fittings. He was prompt and did great work. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants a fair and efficient plumber. We will be calling them out again when we remodel both of our bathrooms. Thank you very much for the great service.

Came out for initial call from warranty. Then would be return my calls when I was ready for the work to be done. Thankfully I had not paid them anything.

We had a major water leak on the outside of our building. Aqua Pro Plumbing was able to take care of it professionally with minimum down time for our water. Great price and service.

If you don’t have time to read the whole review, the brief review is this: Lennard’s Plumbing provided top notch customer service. Since leaving the Midwest, I haven’t experienced customer service this good. They have a customer for life and I will recommend them to everyone!

The long review: I talked to Lennard personally the day that I called. He was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to help us out. He discovered that our tankless water heater was a Home Depot model and that it was going to be hard to get parts for it. Lennard stopped out to verify the issue and told us he would work on getting the parts. He made some calls and went way above and beyond what I would normally expect. He had a warranty unit lined up and all I had to do was call to give my credit card information (for the core charge) to place the order.

After the unit was received, Lennard was able to get an installer out the next day. We were very grateful for this as we had been without hot water for almost 5 days. The installer showed up when he said he was going to and had the new water heater installed in no time. This gentleman (who I unfortunately cannot remember his name) was also extremely friendly when I talked to him on the phone.

Everything is working great, and again, I couldn’t have been happier with the service. Thank you all so much!
