Very quick response to a plugged sewer line that we had. We were very pleased with their service.

We had seen their ad in our local "In and Out" magazine and decided to try them. Our toilets were unable to flush, and we figured it was something with the sewer line. Upon calling early in the morning, I was able to be worked into their schedule rather quickly, as this was an emergency. Very professional, caring, and prompt! Would definitely use them again!

Roger was very knowledgeable and helpful, had my new disposal installed very quickly.

Pruitt's was able to get a tech over on a Friday afternoon to install a water heater. They saved us a weekend of cold showers and that was worth 5 stars alone! The price was great and the tech did an equally great job. Will highly recommend.

My wife called Pavel and he came over right away. He told her what was wrong and the price to fix it. I called my home warranty and it wasn’t covered so he was able to start right away. I was happy he came out so fast the day after Christmas to stop the leaking water.

Elemental Plumbers was great for us. Our water heater went out on a Sunday and I was sure we'd end up waiting until at least Monday for it to be fixed. Miller! Within an hour we had a tech out who was friendly and professional. He replaced out the water heater and provided an estimate for a water filtration system to replace our old water softener. We were so impressed with the company that we opted to go with it. By Tuesday the work was completed and cleaned up. I have worked with Danny for nearly 20 years. Danny is the definition of an Old School Plumber. He is thorough and pays attention to the details. Indoors or outdoors he knows his stuff. Rhonda (his wife) manages his office just as well. They are a Perfect example of a successful small business!

We have been using ACE for the past 5+ years, and our experiences with them have been hit and miss. Some good experiences, and some bad. Our latest experience, was bad. We called them to have our toilet repaired (it was constantly running). We had tried to fix it ourselves with no luck, so we called Ace for a plumber to come out. They rescheduled us twice, and then they had us down for 2 different times in the same day. So, the plumber didn't show up at the timeframe that we were told on the phone. We called, and they were able to get a plumber to come out. His name was Justin. He called to let us know when he'd be at our home, and he had asked us what the issue was with the toilet. When we told him, he said that it wasn't worth his time to come out and fix it. He actually told us that we should just hire a handyman. Needless to say, that was very unprofessional and rude. He did end up coming out, and he replaced the float system. The toilet also needed a new flap. He said that I could get one myself at Lowe's or Home Depot, and put it on myself (which I did). Although he was friendly, he was also unprofessional in what he said and how he handled the toilet issue.

Called and stated my plumbing problem. A plumbing technician arrived as promised and he was neatly uniformed and gave me his opinion of the problem. The problem was resolved! Friendly tech and he answered my questions.
