Best Home Remodeling Work in Phoenix AZ

Hands down the best experience I have had with a plumbing company. My toddler put a toy in the toilet and apparently flushed it...leaving us with a clogged toilet. I contacted Custom Plumbing and they were out the next day and ON TIME. Jose was very professional, came in and assessed the issue, grabbed his tool and the job was done within a couple of minutes. I highly recommend this company if you want quality, professional work done by an experienced individual and reliable, reputable company. As a realtor, I have not been able to find a reliable plumber for myself or my clients...until now! Thank you Custom Plumbing of Arizona!

Parker and sons service technicians arrived on time as scheduled. They were very courteous and professional. They inspected the sump pump and determined the sump pump was not functioning . They immediately gave me an estimate of the cost to replace the sump pump. I reviewed the estimate and agreed to have them replace the sump pump and alarm. They got to work and finished the job in a relatively short time. They removed all the defective parts and cleaned up the work area when they finished the job. Once they completed their job they showed me what they did and explained to me how the equipment worked. They ran various checks on the system to ensure it was properly installed and working. I thanked them for doing an excellent job and would definitely use them again.

This is the fourth time we have used Aussie Plumbing and great work as usual. Super friendly, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. Today was a quick fix issue, but they installed a tankless water heater for us about a year ago and we are very pleased. Highly recommended!

What a treat to be able to get efficient, fast and pleasant people to come at a moment's notice! While I thought it was only a leak under the sink, they were able to replace the garbage disposal (had one in the car!) and unclogged the sink all in one go. They were able to come the day I called them and fit me in and the extra work was not a problem! They were lovely to deal with and cleaned up nicely after they finished. Great with my dogs, too! Thank you SO much!!! Will be calling you again!

Don’t trust these guys. I had a plumbing leak a while back and they came to repair it. They ended up tearing apart two rooms in my house. Then recommended a restoration company that is owned by the same people to repair the damage. They charged my insurance an obscene amount, and while dealing with my insurance for payment they tried to strong arm me by filing a lien against my house. They waited to inform me of all of this while I was on vacation . When trying to resolve any issues with my insurance they were rude and unhelpful. I have never had such a poor experience dealing with a service provider. Additionally, I now realize that most of the damage they caused was likely unnecessary. I wish I had known about their devious business practices. They did fix the leak … so two stars for that… but beware.

Jeff was awesome! He was very helpful in explaining what happened. He also called the restoration company and got them out same day while he was repairing my water heater. I've used Ace Home Services before for my AC and will continue doing business with them.
