If there is anything we as customers want, it is communication. D.W. is amazing on this. Another missing attribute in most companies is their care for their co-workers. Not to get too personal, but We needed some work (not super urgent) but we had be informed there was a scheduling issue and their crew was in need of time off. What other company is going to call you to share their concern, let alone call you to reschedule. I've been in the Multifamily world for almost 17 years. This is uncommon. In a business, most people want that family bond, it seems D.W. has this and it matters.

James Faggart came out on time, and called prior to arriving. He was honest and forthright. He was very professional and direct, yet was down to earth with a sense of humor. I am very pleased with him and the service provided. I will make sure to always use Patrick Riley for any future AC work, as I feel i can trust them. Wish I could give zero stars for this company. We called this company 3 years ago to come out and check our ac because the fuse kept going out, they told us the whole unit needed to be replaced soon or this would keep happening. We reluctantly agreed on a new unit instead of just putting a band aid on it. I told the employee that I wanted to look around for different options and pricing(I don’t like to just go with the first one without some research). This made the employee not happy and I was basically bullied and belittled until I signed paperwork for purchasing a new unit that day. The employee had no problem telling me that their company didn’t want to wait around because they had other customers, and at this point we would have been charged for the $79 fee to just diagnose the problem. Like I said I felt bullied into this but reluctantly did after my house had reached 85 degrees and only growing hotter. Well my 3 year old ac unit just went out again with a broken fan motor when they assured me a brand new ac wouldn’t have a problem for at least 10 years, I called them to ask them to come out and look at my unit and the woman on the phone was so rude I ended up hanging up on her. She proceeded to let me know that was not their problem it went out after 3 years and said I wasn’t maintaining it correctly and if they came out to check it we would pay a fee no matter what. She didn’t offer me a waived appointment fee of $79 with any potential work, but she did make me feel remorse that I went with this company in the first place. After I got off of the phone I called Penguin Air and plumbing and was amazed by the fantastic service I received from them at an amazing price! Honestly if you want a horrible company that doesn’t care about you go with Hays. Be smart and avoid a headache DO NOT USE Hays cooling heating and plumbing!

Had a great experience with Peace of Mind plumbing. Joe was knowledgeable, courteous, punctual and most of all, priced right. No nonsense, no crazy upsell like you get from most plumbing companies. Also, Joe does a complimentary plumbing check up to ensure your plumbing infrastructure ( ie: hot water heater/water pressure/water softener) is legit and working properly. Will definitely use again.

An amazing company. Was in need of emergency repairs and was spoken to straight away with my pipes serviced immediately. From the moment i enquired to the moment my leaks were fixed I was more than happy !! Would deffo recommend to anyone super reasonable prices ☺️☺️

Chas Roberts installed the unit for my new build, so I decided to have them come out and diagnosis my no cold air which turned out to be a leak. 8 months ago, the technician could not locate the leak and he put refrigerant in my system and told me to call if I have any further issues. Now its April and I have no cold air, so I called to schedule an appointment again since they put the refrigerant in. After holding on the phone for a while, I almost changed my mind due to the unfriendly customer service person, but I ended up scheduling anyways. They were booked out a week and half and I was told that there was no way for me to get an earlier date, so I waited. The technician come out and he did find the leak but told me that they would not provide any discounts for the refrigerant that leaked out due to their technician not diagnosing the issue 8 months ago. Not to mention, they do not know how to balance the air in the rooms. I have several rooms that do not have sufficient air flow. I will never use Chas Roberts again.

My downstairs bathroom sink required a completely new piping. When something valuable dropped down the drain, my boyfriend disassembled it but was unable to reassemble it. The entire structure was deteriorating and ancient. I dialled his number ( the very 1st plumber I found and read reviews about). I had a 9-11am appointment, but they arrived BEFORE the allotted time, which was fantastic. The components arrived quickly and were installed the same day! Very courteous, and considerate of my house. Wearing masks and protective footwear! The pricing was also reasonable. I would highly suggest them and would absolutely use them again if I need another plumbing work.

Junior was excellent! He is very knowledgeable, professional, and explained everything very clearly. With pictures and diagrams, we understood what work needed to be completed. He was very considerate of the wife’s breathing issues.

Scott & his side kick Austin did a fabulous job of cleaning up after themselves. Though, professional, educated me as they went about their repairs. Communicated with me on what needed to be done, and ran to store for needed parts as they came into unknown issues. Very pleased with this company.

Plumbing leak repair throughout home performed professionally and promptly by the Ace Home Services plumber Jiuhua Huang. He is a perfectionist who worked hard every second he was at our Arizona home on March 20. All the leaks and systems were repaired, re-checked and performed flawlessly.

Just saw Beall's had only 1 review on here, and I've been using them for nearly 15 years now. One of the Beall's brothers did an outstanding job on a water main replacement and repiping the entry to my 70 year old house about 6 or 7 years ago. Was a long haul, and he gave me a superb break for having it trenched already, and the pipe layout and fitting was outstanding. Longer than that, they've been my go-to guys for drain snaking and more, and they always do a great job at a reasonable price. Better than that, they're in the Creighton community, and right down the street from my house in Arcadia Light. Nice to have somebody in the hood.
