Best General Plumbing Service in Phoenix AZ

Tom, the service man flushed our tankless hot water heater at a fair price. He was very professional and well informed. We appreciated his on time arrival and he seemed to work quickly and efficiently. We will definitely call Maloney again for any plumbing needs.

We used Wyman to install a water softener and an RO system in our new build last year. Tamara was very nice and worked hard at helping me figure out what exactly we needed in terms of the equipment capability and eagerly answered lots and lots of questions:). The owner installed it himself and even researched an idea I had about someone getting the RO water to come out of the refrigerator across the room. He figured out how to do it and came back shortly after and made it happen! Now we can have cold RO water out of the fridge too and no more terrible fridge filters:). We have been very happy in the year since and just had them come out and replace the yearly filters as well. Very nice family and company.

Parker and Sons dispatch put us on the response list Sunday afternoon and arrived within 2 hours. Our technician Travis went straight to work to repair our outdoor faucet pipe that had broken within our cinderblock wall. The work was completed very professionally and Travis. Informed us every step along the way. We were very happy with the results.

Textbook bait-and-switch



Long story but here it goes:



I hired Quail Plumbing to install a gas line for a new cooking top. The plumber came to take a look and quote the job. It was already suspicious that the plumber was in a van marked Scottsdale Plumbing. He looked at the location where the line needed to be installed and give me a quote (8 hours of work).



I scheduled for the work to be done one week later. This is where the problems started.



The plumber came and immediately started complaining that he didn't have his van and his equipment, that he would have to go to the store to buy a level, etc.

Next he started complaining that the drywall wasn't removed. During his visit a week earlier he didn't mention anything about this.

Next he started complaining about the connections to the water heater (which hadn't changed from the week before, when he quoted the job)

So all in all, before he even started he spent about 20 minutes complaining about the job.



I ended up having to lend him my level so he could get started.



Next he took out the water heater and started ripping out the drywall. He came and got me and started complaining again how this was going to be a lot of work. He got all upset of how the copper and gas lines were sitting in the wall, how he would have to drill through studs (like he didn't know this already before). Apparently the gas line went to the attic and he couldn't see where it went. To make a long story short he asked me how he had to do his job. He also told me I would have to remove all the drywall from floor to ceiling on one wall in the kitchen.



Next he told me to think about it and he would reschedule if I agreed with the extra work: textbook bait and switch.



This is where I got upset and told him I got other tradesman scheduled and I could not wait a week to get this done. Again he started complaining at which point I told him that I just wanted the work done the same day as he told me he could do a week earlier. I also told him that I didn't care if it took him longer as long as the work was done the same day. I thought this was it and he would get the stuff done the same day. This is were it got interesting...



At this point he left and called the office. A minute later I got a call from someone whose name I can only assume is Karen. She asked me if I had been verbally abusive. To which I said replied No, then she asked me if was swearing. To which I answered No. (This plumber would probably be the first man in history with tattoos over his neck and hands who is offended by swearing). Then she asked me if I wanted to reschedule for next week. At which point I told her I wanted the work done this day as I thought that was what was agreed 5 minutes earlier with the plumber. There was no reason at all for her to get involved.



After some back an forth she had the gall to tell me to shut up while she was speaking and didn't want to listen to anything that I said. Every time I tried to say something she would interrupt me and didn't want to hear anything about the unprofessional behavior of the plumber. Apparently the customer is always wrong with Quail Plumbing. When she was done with her diatribe I told her that I would like to call my mommy too to help me out and defend my case, just like the plumber called his mommy (aka the office Karen). Needless to say Karen didn't like this and was offended.



She decided there and then that they were not going to do the job and that I needed to look for another plumber to get the gas line done.



Good riddance Quail (or is it Scottsdale Plumbing?).

I've dealt with George Brazil before for air conditioning work, but this is my first time using their plumbing services. Ted Galkowski and Eric Hamm did an excellent job! My problem was that I heard water running in the my walls, but didn't see any water. Ted came out and did the assessment, then came back with Eric to finish the job. Ted found that there was water leaking in the pipes feed in from under the concrete slab and gave me 3 options on what could be done and explained the pros and cons as well as showed me the prices. I opted for replacing all of the underground pipes and route them through the attic.I was going to ask Ted to cover my HDTV before cutting the dry wall, but he already had it covered. Eric had to work in some tight, and very difficult spaces. Eric noticed I had a old unused water conditioner and offered to remove it and haul it away. He also talked to me about adding a flow control valve, expansion tank and water condition. I was convinced and after Ted wrote up the cost and options I decide to go with the valve and tank for now and get the conditioner at a later time.Both Ted and Eric were very professional and courteous. They did an excellent job and left my place clean and everything working.Thanks guys and thanks George Brazil.

Second Opinion Plumbing were great! We were having issues with our hot water heater and it was time to be replaced. They were able to come to our home quickly and replaced our hot water heater in no time! They were very professional, affordable and easy to work with!

Will not find a more Knowledgeable and honest plumbing service in the valley. Have trusted them an them alone for years.

Discount Rooter is the greatest. Steve showed up on time and did a great job solving a simple plumbing issue. The price was reasonable and he was very polite, fast and efficient in solving the stopped drain problem. A great plumber and a nice person. I will call Discount Rooter again any time I need a drain clean service.

Paul is fair priced and very efficient. He does quality work and is an excellent guy.

Jody installed a water heater for me. He was professional and informative. The job looks wonderful! I will call him back for any other needs. I highly recommend Jody.

Byanka and Ramiro worked great as a team. They were efficient, cleaned up after the job every day and their work is awesome. You would never know we had our house re-piped! I would highly recommend Arizona Integrity Plumbing.

We were very pleased with the service provided by Marc and Zippity Split crew, the job they provided was to relined our cast iron sewer pipes , although they faced several challenges during the process they were very professional and courteous. I would call them again for any of my plumbing needs. Thank you again Marc for explaining in detail how to solve our plumbing issues.

Joe did some excellent work for me, very informative, and he truly is a licensed plumber = a professional! I only write reviews when someone exceeds my expectations ...and after my experience it was easy to see why Peace of Mind Plumbing has so many excellent ratings. Quality work/ reasonably priced.

Adam and Nate came to my house this Saturday and cleared a blocked main line that 3 other (Non-Niemeyer Bros.) plumbers had failed to fix. They were fast to arrive, very friendly, competent, honest, and fairly priced. They turned a very stressful situation into a positive one. I will definitely call them again in the future for any plumbing needs!

Elvis from Green Star Plumbing Company of Phoenix did an excellent job on our bathroom remodel. He was very patient with us as we asked questions and explained the process in detail. He provided us with multiple options and was honest about the costs and time frames associated with each. We are very pleased with the results!
