Being the owner of 8 houses, let me tell you, I've had experiences with many plumbing companies and Diamondback is simply the best yet. I desperately needed the main drain hydro-jetted and when several others told me "next day", Diamondback stepped right up and got it done WITHIN AN HOUR! As if that's not enough, their price also beat everyone else. Liz did a great job with fitting me into the schedule, providing transparent pricing, and following up afterwards to ensure utmost satisfaction. I have used A-Accent Plumbing for over 25 years at my 50 year old house. I have had drains cleaned, gas line plumbed, sewer work and other maintenance performed. Today I had a garbage disposal replaced promptly and professionally by Jim who has been here before. A-Accent is my go-to plumber. All staff are pleasant and helpful. They installed 3 sink faucets and one shower trim/faucet. They were quick to get us an appointment, were early and they did a good job. They were helpful with our questions and were better priced than other companies that quoted it. They were professional and cleaned up when they were done. We would use them again in the future.

FANTASTIC SERVICE!! Our service technician, Sam was on time, very professional and friendly. She gave our HVAC system a thorough inspection & complete maintenance. The indoor unit coils had gathered a large amount of dirt, despite our use of high quality filters that are changed out monthly. Sam completely cleaned the coils and they look new again! She's an excellent technician and Parker & Sons is a great company. We're glad to be part of the "Parker Family". We highly recommend Sam as well as Parker & Sons. Thank you for the awesome service! Franz is a seasoned veteran and knows what he's doing. It was a difficult repair in that the pinhole pipe leak was nearly in the cement slab. He chisled out just enough slab to make the repair without jackhammering the entire floor. Well done!

I bought an old house this summer and the A/C went out within the first 2 weeks after closing. I called George Brazil and they had someone out that day. Rose was my technician and she had me shadow her while she worked. She was fast and figured out what was wrong even with out the A/C info on the side of the unit. Thankfully I did not need a new unit (yet). Rose was great and did a great job!
