Being the owner of 8 houses, let me tell you, I've had experiences with many plumbing companies and Diamondback is simply the best yet. I desperately needed the main drain hydro-jetted and when several others told me "next day", Diamondback stepped right up and got it done WITHIN AN HOUR! As if that's not enough, their price also beat everyone else. Liz did a great job with fitting me into the schedule, providing transparent pricing, and following up afterwards to ensure utmost satisfaction. They'll definitely be getting my business on all future plumbing needs.

The technician was great. Took care of the problem and explainedwhat was done. He tightened related connections. I had questions about other potential problems and created estimates for potential other work.

James was on time, professional, and very pleasant. He got the job done, addressed all my questions and explained the features of the water heater. And he left the area he worked in cleaner than he found it. Does he do floors? Just kidding. Sort of. Great job and hope he is around in 10 years for my replacement.

Maritza was absolutely wonderful! She took the time to help me stop my toilet from flushing so that I could get a good night’s sleep. She stayed with me on the phone for the entire process when no other plumber would even answer my calls late Friday evening. I will definitely use her company in the future. Customer service just doesn’t get this good!

All three technicians that I worked with were very friendly and knowledgeable. I had my basement sump pump fail and in working with my home warranty company I was originally was forced to work with another plumber. When that plumber couldn’t fix the problem I called GB. They got someone over right away that was able to fix the problem within a couple of hours. They were very professional and I would recommend definitely them to friends and family. Thanks!

Austin has been at my house all day trying to fix my a.c. He finally got it going after dealing with some difficult pieces and 2 bad blowers. He would not give up until he got it going. He's so polite and he even swept and mopped after he was done. If I ever need help with my plumbing or my a.c. I pray that he's the tech that they send.
