I was very pleased with the service reps, Andrew and Paul, from Parker and Sons. They were courteous, helpful and efficient while installing my new water softener unit. They left the area clean and went over how to work the unit once they were done.

The crew that came to my home was very professional and answered all my questions about what they were doing, and I had alot to ask. Long time later I had a problem with my toilet , which by the way had nothing to do with the work that was done. I called Lindsey and she came out and took care of the problem for no charge. Aaron was excellent and professional. He was very knowledgeable as he assessed the issue and planned out the solution. He allowed me to ask questions as to the problem and was very polite not irritated. He was efficient and cleaned up the work area when he was done. Wanted to know if I had any other concerns. A.P.E.S. Is the company I highly recommend.

Very courteous and made sure to keep the house clean, put down a mat before he came in and put booties over his shoes, removing them and replacing them each time he went in and out. Tony our service guy was very nice and polite didn't try to over sell or anything. Fixed the problem and gave advice for the future too! I would for sure use them again!

Woke up in the morning to no hot water and a leaking water heater. Called Rapid Rooter 9am and they said they would be out between 2 and 4 that afternoon. At 2:30 Chad showed up and replaced my water heater at a very reasonable cost. When he finished he cleaned up and took the old water heater with him. I would recommend Rapid Rooter from my experience with them

When my parents had a tub faucet fail, their neighbor suggested calling American Discount Plumbing. Paul came the same day and installed a cartridge to fix their issue. When I saw how he treated my parents, his number went in my phone as the person to call. So when my hot water heater went out, Paul came to get us back on track affordably, even coming after 7 p.m. to finish the project. We are grateful.

The underground waste plumbing in our townhouse was falling apart. I guess it was older ceramic pipes. In any case, we obtained estimates for repair/replacement from several companies. The typical company, tears up the floor to get at the pipes in order to replace them. I went on-line and found an alternative to tearing up the floors called Ne Flow. They came out and took a video like the others. Their process involves lining the old system with a bladder then filling up the area with a epoxy that forms a pipe when it sets. I called some other companies in Tuscon that did similar technique and they said it worked well. The price was similar to the other companies but we did not have to tear up and replace the floor covering which can be very expensive! We had them do the process and they sent a final video showing the result. it looks great and we don't have any more waste issues. The company was excellent in customer service and when they found the did not have to do a clean out of some pipes, we received a credit on the price! They did not have to even tell us about that as we had no idea what they were talking about. All I can say, is they were very honest and reputable. I would highly recommend Nu flow!

Byanka and Ramiro worked great as a team. They were efficient, cleaned up after the job every day and their work is awesome. You would never know we had our house re-piped! I would highly recommend Arizona Integrity Plumbing.

There’s so much to say, I could write a short story here. In a time when customer service isn’t really commonplace; this company takes it up past the top notch. From the first phone call and friendly voice on the line, things were great. Service was same day and within 2 hours of the call. They texted a photo of the tech coming out AND a bit of their ‘story’ before they ever arrive.

My mom needed a plumber asap and we couldn't have been more pleased to have found these guys! Would highly recommend and glad to know my mom is in good hands for future needs.

I don't usually write reviews, but my experience with WHO deserves one. I'm a Realtor that needed to replace a water heater at a property I'm selling. I was referred to them by another plumber...go figure. I spoke and dealt with Tom, a manager in Phoenix. He quoted a price over the phone based on photos I sent him, the price was honored without attempts to upsell, install was done on time when promised, and the entire process I handled over the phone went smoothly without a hiccup. Really great service. Jason was very efficient, personable, and best of all, persistent about fixing a very tough leak in our backyard. I'm not sure what the technical term was for our particular plumbing problem, but I know it involved scary power tools, rotten pipes and lots and lots of mud. But Jason did a wonderful job! Moon Valley... plumbing with aplomb!

I am out of state landlord who was told continuously that the problem was being fixed however every two days the sewage backed up again. My tenants and neighbors confirmed that the worker went across the street to another neighbor to look at a problem on my GPS tracked and billed time while doing little for my problem. I lost a months rent, had crying tenants, was promised a copy of the camera viewed tape of the problem which was never received. When I pushed for this - they then said suddenly we couldn't do it as we didn't have the right camera (!???!) and then expected to get paid for doing NOTHING! I don't care how owner Dave wants to spin this - every word is true. Own up to your inept workers and bogus information that you supplied.I was being taken advantage of as owner Dave knew I was out of state. The very 1st appt the worker did not show up and then claimed my tenant wasn't home, who emphatically denied this, then when they did show up- I rcvd vague information and they obviously did not know or care to know what the problem was as after each visit within 2 days it backed up again. After weeks of this, I called another plumber who was there and had the issue fixed in 3 DAYS! This biz is run by a guy who takes advantage and had the nerve to send a bill that I never signed a contract for to collections. CONSUMER BEWARE. My tenants and neighbors said these guys were an absolute joke and after dealing with another plumber WHO WAS PROMPTLY PAID IN FULL - I tell you to run!

Absolute joke of a company. Been repairing my complex for over a year now. Close the doors Alliance, you guys have zero knowledge when it comes to chiller systems, AC's, plumbing you name it.
