I was very happy with the service provided. Joe was prompt in his arrival, (on a Sunday no less) took the time to educate me as to what the problem was. Based on my prompting he checked a couple of other issues that I was having. He cleared the drain and then we scheduled a follow up visit. His partner Juan arrived on time and Joe arrived shortly after to finish the job. In the next 24 hours after they left, I realized that a sink issue that I had been living with for the last 5 years was gone!

Friendly, clean and thorough AND the price was right! I highly recommend 2 Good Plumbers, one suggestion...change your name to 2 Great Plumbers!

Issac and Kane replaced my water heater today, the same day they came out to diagnose it. They worked so hard in the AZ heat! They replaced our entire unit and added safety features to keep my family safe. They took the time to explain what they were doing and how everything worked. Even when I was just being nosey, its pretty cool to watch them build the pipes and everything,they were nothing but professional, knowledgeable, and kind. Thank you both for all of your hard work!

Sammy came out and fixed a couple issues we had in our home. He did a FANTASTIC job and was extremely nice and did everything with good timing . I would recommend Sammy from option one plumbing to anyone who needed plumbing work.

If you don’t have time to read the whole review, the brief review is this: Lennard’s Plumbing provided top notch customer service. Since leaving the Midwest, I haven’t experienced customer service this good. They have a customer for life and I will recommend them to everyone!

The long review: I talked to Lennard personally the day that I called. He was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to help us out. He discovered that our tankless water heater was a Home Depot model and that it was going to be hard to get parts for it. Lennard stopped out to verify the issue and told us he would work on getting the parts. He made some calls and went way above and beyond what I would normally expect. He had a warranty unit lined up and all I had to do was call to give my credit card information (for the core charge) to place the order.

After the unit was received, Lennard was able to get an installer out the next day. We were very grateful for this as we had been without hot water for almost 5 days. The installer showed up when he said he was going to and had the new water heater installed in no time. This gentleman (who I unfortunately cannot remember his name) was also extremely friendly when I talked to him on the phone.

Everything is working great, and again, I couldn’t have been happier with the service. Thank you all so much!

I Called and spoke with Chris who was (Very Friendly and professional) about having a kitchen faucet replaced. He said he would have someone out with in an hour. Tom called me (5 min) after hanging up he then arrived approximately 15 minutes later. Extremely fast response Tom was a Fantastic, friendly and VERY professional guy. He installed the faucet quickly and even took the time to show me what I needed to know about the new faucet more high tech then the one I had replaced. I highly recommend Flush King and will definitely use them for all my future plumbing needs. Thanks for a great job.

Allen was very professional and honest. My sink was at a stand still, he came out and fixed it very fast, waited around to make sure it was done properly, which I very much appreciated. If you are looking for a good plumber look no further
