I first contacted Chris with Alien Air Conditioning and Heating at 6:05 a.m.on Thursday May 26, without expecting somebody to answer the phone. Chris answered the phone, was very polite listening to what I have to say. I'm out of State owner, he asked me to text him the address and promised me that his team will do the job to get the A/C working at least 75% same day. I was amazed that the job was done as Chris promised due to upcoming memorial day weekend. I am talking about the A/C that another company went to service barely 9 days through management company before I found Alien Air Conditioning and Heating. Chris never try to sell me something my house didn't need. Chris and his team went to my renting house and access what need to be done and see what was done a week before to the A/C. Chris sent me an estimate with pictures of what need to be done and say that he want to do what is necessary to lower the cost. Chris care about owner's compare to other company that has went to my house. Please if you are living out of State I advice you to use Alien Air Conditioning and Heating for A/C services. The company can be trusted 100% and if I have to give this company million stars I will do it. Alien Air Conditioning and Heating went above my expectation. The company is HONEST. The assigned technician from this service company to address my maintenance for central ac and dryer vent cleaning needs was very expert. He explained what he would do and how long it would take. Hot water heater sprung a leak on a holiday weekend .They had a tech out in about a hour to drain tank and remove so I could repair water damage. Their supplier was closed for the holiday but, I went to home depot to get a new unit and they installed it the next day. Both techs were great

Technician called ahead to confirm arrival time, was on time and explained everything well. He provided video of variois steps as he went. Very clean and courteous. Overall great experience

ProSkill did a full replacement of one of our heating/cooling units. They guys were on time, worked continually for 8 hours, cleaned up, and did an overall excellent job. They were friendly and courteous and made sure that we understood everything, including the new controller and its associated app. We have used ProSkill for many years at 2 separate homes and we have always been pleased with their service and quality of work. We won't be going to anyone else for our needs anytime soon!

This is the best air company I've ever worked with. My air went out on a day the high was over 120. I called Frozen Air pretty much thinking I needed a new unit due to how old it looked to me. Frozen Air was at my house same day and magically had the parts to have my air running Cold and Strong. I strongly recommend Frozen Air for your A/C needs. Especially if your in a pinch.
