Temps still reaching over 100 during the day... AC compressor goes out at 6pm on Saturday evening. Contacted about 4 different companies immediately. George Brazil was the ONLY company to immediately answer the phone and to take care of us (we never did hear from the other 3 companies at all). We scheduled a tech for the next morning. Mike Fetters called at 8:15am Sunday morning and was at our house at 8:30am. A burnt wire was discovered and repaired - and we were back up and running. Since our AC unit (Trane) is 23 years old, we had planned on having it replaced this winter. Mike spent time with us going over their pricing/options for installing a new York unit, if we decide on York. Mike could not have been more pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. This is the way a business should run - excellent customer service!!! We will continue to use George Brazil and we highly recommend them!

During recent visit to conduct annual inspection and filter change on reverse osmosis system, the technician also provided and estimate on replacing our hot water heater. He also diagnosed an issue with the bathroom tub faucet that two other plumbers could not identify. I'll say that I was grateful that they squeezed me in the next day after I called. However, they recommended that BOTH of my AC units be replaced. My regular AC guy was not available until today, so I had him come out for a 2nd opinion. He said there was nothing wrong with the units. Problem started when condensation line was leaking in garage. Then, coils froze. We ran the fan for a while, replaced the filter (which was probably the cause of all of this) and then everything was fine. AZ Refrigeration charged me $211.88 to cover trip charge, taking some sheet metal off to look at the coils, and reattaching the plastic pipe to the outlet drain. What did 'my guy' charge? Nothing!

They saved the day for me, needed my floral cooler to be installed and working for all my floral. They worked non stop all day and night to get it up and running. Despite how stressful it is to require HVAC installation/repairs, our experience with A Quality HVAC was great. Our heating/cooling system failed overnight and we were able to get a technician out same day to diagnose the problem and repairs were scheduled for the next morning.
