What a dream team, we called desperate for assistance and received same day service. They arrived right on time in the dark and got to heavy work with the latest skills and tools to fix a stubborn drain clog. We are grateful to have found them and will be calling them back for Septic service as they will be offering that soon. We now have a happy drain and a functional toilet again. We called them at 8:30 and they were here and done by 10:30. I called 2 other companies, which either didn't answer or were booked 2 weeks out and didn't call back to make an appointment as promised. The driver was professional, pleasant and helpful in showing me what the problem was and how we could fix it ourselves. I would definitely recommend this company.

They where on time , Ben takes care of everything with his machinery, we are building a new home and he’s prices for graveling where very fair compared to others, it did not make sense for us to rent the machinery and do it ourself. The other good part it’s that we found out he actually does demo and hauling too, definitely will use him again!

We searched around for a septic contractor that could do a turnkey septic system for our new house in Scottsdale, and could not find anyone that could do the soils perc testing, design, excavate and install the septic tank as well as the leach field needed. A friend gave me Arizona septic tank information and we hired them to do our system and were very happy with how these guys handled everything.

We had an emergency with our septic tank on Sunday. (It was backing up into the bathrooms)
I googled for a local septic company and found Ducks. Even though it said they were closed, I called anyhow, and was relieved when Ernie answered the phone and was most helpful. He located our tank through an online map, and had his technician Jose out within a few hours. We found them knowledgable, friendly and courteous. Highly recommend this company!

We’ve only been in our new build for a few months and after a ton of rain there was a HUGE sink hole above one of our drain field, I spoke to Gina and she assured me this was common with new septic systems and would simply need to be backfilled. She even took the time to look up the type of system we have to confirm this wouldn’t be an issue. She was super nice and helpful I will definitely be calling them when our tank needs pumped.

Devin Melody provided outstanding service! He has a can do attitude even when the job is challenging. He located our clean-out that 2 previous plumbers did not recognize. And he uncovered the source of the problem creating the blockages we've experienced in recent years. And the best news for future customer is that he is training others at Action One.

Excellent service! Showed up on time with a day and time convenient for me. Owner was very knowledgable and helpful at describing the process and cost estimate up front. Technician was polite, professional, prompt, and explained as much as I asked and put the small holes he dug in my yard back together very nicely. I was even charged the exact same amount as originally quoted!
