Very pleased with Moon Valley. Their communication is very good with text and email notifications. They helped me greatly during a condo sale when I installed a faucet and the buyer & realtor thought I installed it incorrectly when the buyer wasn't patient enough to wait for hot water. You Cannot fix stupid but at least it was only $39 for to get Moon Valley to validate their stupidity.

The guys were on time and very professional. They found the leak that caused a lot of damage and in turn, mold. They fixed it and also reset a toilet that was loose. Very responsive to emails and texts and done with a smile throughout! Would def use again!

Installed a Rinnai Tankless for over $1000 cheaper than quoted from a highly ranked plumber. Lennard and crew did a high quality job in a timely manner. Team took time to explain the various steps even to the point of explaining how the condensate drain worked and why the exhaust needed to be PVC instead of metal.

After doing all my Due Diligence I decided on Water Heaters Only, They had the Best Price, The Best Customer Service of anyone. I called them on 9/14/15 and 2 hours later Don the installer showed up. Very neatly dressed and clean. He explained the process, Answered all my questions and in less than 2 hours he had us up and running again. Don did the most amazing job and in record time knowing that I had to be at work.

This is the second time Day and Night has been out. The first time they came out was when I first moved in fall of 2020. I had a DIY fail and had guests coming that were going to need the guest bathroom. They came out the next day and helped fix the plumbing problem which was simple and sold me the maintenance agreement. Fast forward to almost a year later they called to schedule an appointment with the maintenance agreement. Byron was personable and professional. He did a whole house inspection and there were a couple things he found. I probably didn’t need to get it done today because my home warranty company does cover plumbing issues. Saying that, his honesty and willingness to explain things and answer my questions I decided to do some of the work found today. I had a problem with my hot water heater. Ray was very prompt and called before he came out. He was very professional, diagnosed the problem and repaired it. He did not try to upsell or make unnecessary repairs. I would use Harley Plumbing again.
