We cannot say enough good things about Alex. Very rarely these days do you find gems like Alex Crocker. He’s honest, knowledgeable, has integrity, and is a highly skilled professional. We were having issues with a home inspection report and Alex came out and was able to quickly resolve the disputes by dropping a camera down the sewer line and provided us with a thorough inspection. Turned out we had a damaged sewer line, under our patio area, caused by tree roots. We schedule the pipe replacement to be done the following week. Alex and his co-worker showed up on time, completed the work as planned, and on schedule, and also provided us with an excellent referral for the concrete repair.

We recently remodeled our home from top to bottom. Wyman Plumbing and Mechanical installed new P-traps, shower fixtures, bathroom hardware, kitchen hardware, garbage disposal, relocated our main water manifold, trenched through our concrete floor in order to give us a toilet in our newly created powder room and more. It's an older home so a few surprises were found along the way. Remodeling your home is extremely stressful. Doug, Tamra and the gang went above and beyond to help this process not be stressful. The guys were knowledgeable and explained everything well. Fix our clogged pipe leading from guest shower. Used a camera to also check pipes for any leaks.

On the evening of February 9th our water heater of 10 years started to leak. We contacted Water Heaters Only. Since it wasn't an emergency, we scheduled a visit for the next day. Don came out to give us a written estimate. He was very professional and pleasant. Upon agreement of terms we set up the install for 2/11. Don showed up within the arranged time window and had the new water heater installed and everythiing cleaned up in a little over 1 hour. He was very thorough and answered all our questions. I would recommend this company and this installer to anyone looking for a new water heater. Steve W.

I am a customer who previously had good experiences with Day & Night. NOT this time. I have a 4-year old heat pump on my house. I made an appointment for seasonal system maintenance. I waited months, because they were booked. When the tech finally came, at the end of the visit, he started in with the sales pitch for their VIP club (in which I have zero interest). I asked him to just email me that information. When I had time to review all the items I received by email, including my invoice, I discovered that NO WORK HAD BEEN DONE AT ALL. No cleaning, nothing. Just inspection. I waited months and paid $79 for some guy to come out and just look at my equipment, which is NOT what I scheduled for, and which is essentially worthless to me. Oh, and I got a two lists of recommended work, one over $1,000 and the other almost $1,300. They wasted my time and took my money, for which I received ZERO value. Taking my business elsewhere.UPDATE: Day & Night requested I reach out to them so they can fix it. I have not contacted them, because subsequent to their visit, I contacted another HVAC company for a seasonal service. After performing the service, their tech told me that everything looks fine, and recommended a seasonal check next spring right before I start using my A/C. I then asked him about the items recommended by Day & Night. His response was that his company (this is a quote) recommends those items only when the customer's equipment really needs them. He went on to clarify that my equipment is fairly new, everything is functioning within normal parameters, and at this time my equipment is not in need of those items.

We had a plumbing problem at our Winter home and needed a leak fixed (we were not there). Called Phoenix Plumbing to enquirer about their services, they went the next day to fix the problem. They were very quick and efficient, would use again!! Highly recommend!!

Tyler and his crew did an excellent job repairing a leak and restoring hot water in our home. He made several trips, was on time and was very helpful and efficient. We appreciate the work he did and got everything working the way it should.

I had a problem with my hot water heater. Ray was very prompt and called before he came out. He was very professional, diagnosed the problem and repaired it. He did not try to upsell or make unnecessary repairs. I would use Harley Plumbing again.

Greg arrived on time, did a check on our old disposal and installed a new one. He did not have the item on his truck and did not try to reschedule. He went to his supplier and was back promptly. We have used this company before and have been completely satisfied.

We had a great experience with them. They came fast and fixed everything in one day. They also were cheaper by a good amount with a better warranty. They had to dig a trench in our front yard for a new main water line and they made sure everything looked nice when they filled it in. Excellent work.

I can't rate what i didn't experience. They never called or showed up to take care of the service call set but the management company. So after 2nd day of no water, i bought the party and fixed it myself.
