Horrible experience. My pilot light wouldn't stay light on my water heater. The technician came out and told me I need a new thermopile but that it couldn't be ordered because my 4 year old water heater was missing the serial and model number. Was told I need ed to spend $3000 for a new water heater.I watched a YouTube video and was able to do a factory reset. Solved my issue and took only seconds.Why didnt the technician reset it ? They charged my $70 for a service call and only wanted to upsale me. It was a simple fix that the technician should have been able to figure out himself. Stay away from these guys.

Cameron was quick to arrive and get the work done. Communication was great. I will definitely be calling them the next time I have an issue.

We had a leak in in our washer drain since it was very clogged up and made our house a mess. Called bunch of places to shop around and end up with these guys. They took care of it the same day and it was amazing and they were actually nice people compare to other plumbers I've seen.

Their driver almost just caused a 4 car accident then he got on the highway and way doing about 100 because he pulled away and was out of sight within seconds. Horrible driver this business should not allow that

I was very pleased when I called George Brazil about an electrical problem we were having with our above ground spa. Elijah came out on the same day I called, even tho it was around 4PM. Knew exactly what needed to be done. Because it was late, we decided it would be best for him to come back in the morning. He was here early and completed the job. Everything looked great, and new when he was finished. Certainly glad we had Elijah, and George Brazil here to do the job.

I appreciate the fact that after over a month. Steven came to the house and ran a camera down and recorded all the work done so he could show us. Travis came out for a clog I had which my sinks were draining slow and within an hour he got them working again, very clean and professional. Definitely will use Neel's plumbing again!

The gentleman was was and thorough. Was doing Spider-Man stuff on the roof at one point to fix the clogged drain. The clog was a disaster and he came in and fix it fully. I hugged him I was so happy.

Our bathroom was stuck in the 80's and now it's not! Thanks to Qualtire we are so happy and couldn't be happier! They came in and got rid of everything and put in a beautiful walk in shower, a water closet, new cabinets, new flooring, new everything and it's so beautiful and such high quality. Called with a plumbing emergency due to sewage backflow. Even though they advertise 24/7 the lady that answered the phone said she had to wake up one of the technicians. Supposedly, they would call me back within 10 minutes. 4 hours later I contacted someone else.
