When your kitchen floods and needs to be rebuild the last thing you want is to be lied to, told that it may take 6 months to rebuild your cabinets, and not have your questions and concerns addressed. That is exactly what I was being told by another contractor. I reached out to Paul Davis and am very happy that I did. The experience was positive from day one. I met with David, who was my project manager. David told me he could have my cabinets rebuild in 4 to 6 weeks. He answered all my questions and called me weekly with updates. The cabinets were installed within the promised time frame. When I was unhappy with the reinstallation of the Granite countertop a specialist was brought in to correct it, and make it look good as new. I feel I was not decieved or lied to and was treated in a professional, courteous, respectful manner. For anyone dealing with rebuilding after damage I highly recommend Paul Davis, for positive, stress free experience.

I have to start off by saying customer service is spectacular! From start to finish Holly and Bill stayed in complete communication. I had a water leak some years back in my bathroom, the people that came and took care of it did not really take care of it. I recently replaced the vanity in that bathroom and notice black mold behind the vanity and on the walls. I called Go To Services and they had someone out to my house the next day. They came in and removed the dry wall about 3/4 up the wall and sprayed Kilz on everything in the wall. The people prior did not properly air out the water and causing the mold to grow. BUT this was not the only time Go To Services helped me out! I recently had a room converstion done, adding extra storage space to my home and they were able to put a wall, drywall, and paint in less than 3 days....it was AMAZING! I highly recomend this company and everyone that is involved! way to go GO TO! you have my business from here on out!

Our condo was flooded by a sewage backup from the upstairs neighbors. The unit was completely uninhabitable. Nathan came out on a Saturday night during Labor Day weekend to assess the situation. Utilized Mesic in order to repair a water loss we had in our home. They provided great customer Service, Were responsive and helped to make sure things were done in a timely manner. We were back in our home within weeks instead of the 60-90 days we were originally told by the adjuster. We will use again!
