Update: I previously wrote the review below. I had poor service and was frustrated to be contacted and asked to write a review. Clearly the person who contacted me hadn't read about my service calls or they wouldn't have asked for a review. Within a couple of days of posting the review below I was contacted by Steve (who I believe is either the owner or GM). He at first offered to provide a partial refund but then after listening to the details of my experience, apologized and asked what he could do. I didn't feel that I had been overcharged but did feel that a previous repair was incomplete. He spent a couple of days finding a part that was missing and scheduled someone to come out and fix it. They were communicative, courteous, and very professional. The tech who came out was great and fixed the remaining issue. It's a relief to see that customer service is still a priority to Diamondback. I am still a loyal customer and appreciate the attention their management gave to resolving my issue.Previous Review:Very disappointed in the service recently from this company. I almost wonder if they are under new ownership. Twice I've had work done that wasn't completed properly. The first time they never sent anyone back to fix the poor workmanship and the second time the Manager tried to convince me that they were "giving me a deal" for charging me almost $300 for replacing a faucet. The tech detached the drain stopper and when I realized it and called them to finish the repair, I was told that wasn't included. It was all BS. The drain worked previously, the tech new there was a new part, and never said a word just left with the work incomplete. Not a great experiences, sadly, after years of really great service.

Called for a gas line replacement and ended up assisting with a drain problem. I appreciated their help so much we kept going and replaced the bathroom tub, shower and vanity. 1930s houses aren't easy but they made it work.

We called this company, while out of the Country, when our tenants complained of water backing up in their tub and toilets. The technician determined the issue was at the sidewalk where a pipe was crushed due to resent work by Cox Cable. Deer Valley quoted us $14,000 to dig the pipe and repair the break. Not only were we appalled at the estimate we also questioned why they would be willing to repair a pipe that was obviously on city of Phoenix property. We made one phone call to the City and the repair was taken care of the same day at no cost to us. This could have been a very costly mistake had we taken Deer Valley’s advice. I reached out to the owner,Joe Kerlin, prior to placing this review but received no response.

I’ve used them previously for work and have used them 3 times now for my personal home. They’ve always come same day and came back to check on their work, even in 4th of July!

Mark & Ben were great, they were here on time every day and are two of the hardest working men I've ever seen. They replaced all of our house drains and sewer line in a timely and professional manner. Also they did a good job at cleaning up after the job was finished.I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I want to thank Michael the Plumber who came out at 1am to unclog my plumbing. It wasn’t just one bathroom it was both and the shower. He came went on the roof and handled his business. The next day he came with his boss to put the camera down the pipe and it needed to be replaced. They got me approved to get the work done and Michael stayed until the inspectors came and he was over all just a very nice person and explained the plumbing. Since I was getting the work done they reimbursed me what I paid for the night before and that was nice. Michael and Donnie thank you.



I want to STRONGLY commend and thank, Teyon who was the plumber who did the digging and put new pipe in my home and laid down the concrete.(basically the most difficult part of this process) His communication after every time he would leave, the respect he had while in my home and cleaning up after the work was done I can not thank him enough and his helper. Actually because of you Teyon there is still hope that their are honest hard working people like yourself that did an amazing job and hopefully won’t have to call Rooter Ranger after all the work you did, but you are an awesome trustworthy person! Can’t thank you enough and hopefully get recognition from Rooter for your hard work and this very satisfied customer. My family and I thank you Teyon and Rotter Ranger for your help.

I am out of state landlord who was told continuously that the problem was being fixed however every two days the sewage backed up again. My tenants and neighbors confirmed that the worker went across the street to another neighbor to look at a problem on my GPS tracked and billed time while doing little for my problem. I lost a months rent, had crying tenants, was promised a copy of the camera viewed tape of the problem which was never received. When I pushed for this - they then said suddenly we couldn't do it as we didn't have the right camera (!???!) and then expected to get paid for doing NOTHING! I don't care how owner Dave wants to spin this - every word is true. Own up to your inept workers and bogus information that you supplied.I was being taken advantage of as owner Dave knew I was out of state. The very 1st appt the worker did not show up and then claimed my tenant wasn't home, who emphatically denied this, then when they did show up- I rcvd vague information and they obviously did not know or care to know what the problem was as after each visit within 2 days it backed up again. After weeks of this, I called another plumber who was there and had the issue fixed in 3 DAYS! This biz is run by a guy who takes advantage and had the nerve to send a bill that I never signed a contract for to collections. CONSUMER BEWARE. My tenants and neighbors said these guys were an absolute joke and after dealing with another plumber WHO WAS PROMPTLY PAID IN FULL - I tell you to run!

Excellent service! Called them at 7am 4/26/18; said they would be here btw. 9-11; showed up at 9:01! Trevor was friendly, experienced and done in about two hours. I would definitely recommend them.

We highly recommend Phoenix Plumbing & Drain after using them for an emergency broken valve in a shower that would not shut off. They were able to get us in on an emergency call and had us fixed up and ready to go same day! They arrived on time, wearing a mask and looking clean and professional, and were knowledgeable with extremely fair pricing. Phoenix Plumbing and Drain is our go to plumbers from now on.

My mother's old bathroom pipes leading to her septic tank collapsed when I was out of town recently. As a senior with cognitive issues she was feeling overwhelmed without me there and at a loss of what to do. She called Mr. Rooter for overnight, emergency service at 3:00am.
Due to her age and condition, she has difficulty managing her stress response and was upset (crying and lamenting) all through their repair. When I arrived Devon had completely calmed my mother, speaking to her in a respectful, reassuring way. Additionally, he took the time to explain to me all the work that had been done, and the next steps to expect with restoration, home insurance, etc.
After that display of conflict management, I think Devon should seriously consider a career in social work.
I will happily recommend Mr. Rooter to friends and family, and if you are seeking a professional who is honest and sincere in their work, I encourage you to ask for Devon.

Took over a week to get a call back to schedule. Then Tech showed up and did not call, so we did not receive service. When I called to reschedule, lady on phone was so rude and abrasive, decided not to even use this company. Terrible customer service.
