Custom Plumbing repaired a main water leak between the meter and house. They gave a quote, brought in equipment and worked on it till it was fixed. I appreciated them staying on the job and finishing it at 9:30 PM.

It appears to me that Ben Franklin Plumbing are not a bad company but because of their popularity they are marking up their prices a whole lot. So do yourself a favor and do some shopping before you go with them.I called them for a water softener and RO system install. Their representative came, explained a lot of things and I liked the options he offered.Then I called another company recommended to me by a friend. This second company comes over and offers the same things as Ben Franklin at a third of the price. I asked for the specs, warranty details and everything matches to what Ben Franklin were offering. But again, a third of the price.Well needless to say I did not go with Ben Franklin. I do give them 2 stars for they are professional and on point but I don't want to overpay for the same service. Thank you.

Dave at Parker and Sons came to my rescue. I woke up with a rainstorm in my living room after a pipe burst upstairs. He was friendly, prompt, and made me feel so much calmer by assuring me everything would be alright. He was absolutely correct. Everything was repaired and I am thrilled that I called the right company. The repair cost was a fraction of what I thought it would be. Parker & Sons brought calm to the storm. I highly recommend.

Generally I'm a do it yourself weekend handyman and have never called a plumber in my life. However, we recently had a slab leak, so it was finally time to get some professional help. Apache Plumbing was referred to us by our brother-in-law and I now refer them to you.

Franz was absolutely amazing when he came to my home. He noticed a crack in my toilet during an inspection, which could have been disastrous. Then, regardless of the late hour, he went and got me a new toilet, installed it and then changed all my filters and fixed my toilet seat. All in less than two hours. So reliable and same day service. These are my new plumbers for life.

Friendly, efficient, quality workmanship. A little spendy but I suppose everyone is now a days.

Super impressed by this company! I needed help with a backed up kitchen sink on New Year's Eve and they responded so quickly, whereas most other companies told me I'd have to wait until Tuesday. Ron was communicative, knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. He was also fun to talk to and answered all of my questions. He even took the time to get an estimate for some work I will need in the future, giving me all the details I need to make an informed decision. Penguin Air came out for a free quote during my recent home buying process. Many companies wanted to charge me for the visit and some wouldn't even bother with me since I was not the seller, I was the buyer. Jimmy went above and beyond to take a look at what the problem was and quickly provided me with a quote. I am thankful for this great company with awesome customer service. They really seem like they care about their customers and that is hard to find!

If you don’t have time to read the whole review, the brief review is this: Lennard’s Plumbing provided top notch customer service. Since leaving the Midwest, I haven’t experienced customer service this good. They have a customer for life and I will recommend them to everyone!

The long review: I talked to Lennard personally the day that I called. He was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to help us out. He discovered that our tankless water heater was a Home Depot model and that it was going to be hard to get parts for it. Lennard stopped out to verify the issue and told us he would work on getting the parts. He made some calls and went way above and beyond what I would normally expect. He had a warranty unit lined up and all I had to do was call to give my credit card information (for the core charge) to place the order.

After the unit was received, Lennard was able to get an installer out the next day. We were very grateful for this as we had been without hot water for almost 5 days. The installer showed up when he said he was going to and had the new water heater installed in no time. This gentleman (who I unfortunately cannot remember his name) was also extremely friendly when I talked to him on the phone.

Everything is working great, and again, I couldn’t have been happier with the service. Thank you all so much!

I called Sunstate Plumbing to look at a possible leak I had discovered. I did not know them and had never used them before.

Ron and Mike came to my rescue. They arrived promptly and diagnosed a probable slab leak behind my kitchen sink. They were both extremely polite and knowledgeable.

They arranged a leak detector to come out and also referred me to a restoration company to dry out my wall/kitchen and safely gain access to the area of the leak.

Ron and Mike provided me written estimates of the repairs that were likely needed once they got into the block wall and could see the leaks. Considering the amount of work required, I felt the estimates were very reasonable.

When we were ready Ron and Mike came out to make the repairs. We had a few complications due to my old house and the city's old cutoff valve. But they used their plumbing expertise to figure out how to fix my two different leaks in ways that were very effective and saved a lot of time, material and also for me money. The final cost for the leak repairs was way under their original estimates.

While they were here I also had them repair a drain which had become solid corrosion. They showed and explained the problems they found and fixed the problems for a fair price.

Based on the age of my house and pipes, I know I will be calling them again. (Actually they are coming out next week to fix my cutoff valve and install a pressure regulator to prevent future problems.)

I will continue using Sunstate as my plumbers and would recommend them wholeheartedly to others as being honest, knowledgeable and doing quality work for a very fair price. Also I liked both Ron and Mike. Thanks Sunstate!

Blue Plumber came out to replace my hot water heater today after I called them yesterday. They were quite amiable and competent, and I would highly suggest them.

I also found the pricing to be very reasonable for the high-quality service that I received. Elemental Plumbers technician provided me with an accurate quote upfront, and there were no hidden fees or surprises at the end of the service. Overall, I highly recommend Elemental Plumbers for anyone who needs professional and reliable plumbing services.
