An outside faucet had a crack in the side. Robert came quickly, faster than I thought possible and made an immediate assessment and returned soon with a replacement faucet and quickly soldered the rupture. Feared the worse, but hoped for the best and found it!!! We had an issue with draining from our bathrooms tub and shower, and dreaded the thought of what a 50 yo house might throw at us. Found Sav-On, and couldn't have asked for better! Our tech Jesse was extremely kind, and didn't have any issue explaining what he was doing. Up front pricing, and definite professionalism...would have no problem ever recommending them for any plumbing issues.

I’m trying to keep my mom and her own home and not send her to the nursing home like the rest of the family wants to the heating and air worked fine over the summer. The unit is 15 years old. I can’t afford a new unit but Nic was very kind and wonderful to come up and check and make sure my thermostat was correctly put on by me and he fix the wires. He was wonderful. He’s not sure what’s going on with my unit on top of my mom‘s house I don’t really think that any of us can afford a brand new unit so if there’s nothing you can do about the heat I know the air works. I’ll just have to keep her with me in the winter time I guess I don’t know but I love Nic and the service and you guys were great so I wanted to let you know that thank you

Mountain Ridge came out and properly fixed my shower drain after two unsuccessful repairs by my home warranty plumbing company. If I knew the quality of repairman the Warranty used I would have never purchased it and just kept a few good companies like Mountains Ridge in my contacts and saved the hassle.

. Office personnel rude, not coordinated with employees, no employee handbook ever given, even though employers enforce hidden guidelines in a employee handbook. Northern Arizona project manager never returns or shares interested input by employee request.

The Choice Home Warranty made an appointment with Centurion Plumbing to unclog my main drain. I have to wait 3 days them to come. The technician, which came, tried to put a snake into the drain from the outside, but could not go more than one foot inside. After spending half an hour he said that it is an old drain and his snake would not work. He offered to call home warranty for approval of hydro jetting, collected $45 dollars service fee, and I did not hear from him ever since. Home warranty sent me e-mail refusing the hydro jetting. After this failure, I googled other companies and found one, which came in an hour after I called them, and for $63 unclogged the drain within 10 minutes.
I would avoid Centurion Plumbing Services and Choice Home Warranty by all means.
