The price was reasonable and he was very polite, fast and efficient in solving the stopped drain problem. A great plumber and a nice person. Trust is an important factor in the choice of someone to work on something that you are not familiar with. Paradise Valley Plumbing's plumber is not only a professional person you can trust but he constantly exceeds our expectations inclusive of a reasonable price, that you do not know with any service until it is all performed. He more than satisfies us with not only the job called for but checking other items prior to his departure. We have had him a few times and each and every one is exceptional.

The underground waste plumbing in our townhouse was falling apart. I guess it was older ceramic pipes. In any case, we obtained estimates for repair/replacement from several companies. The typical company, tears up the floor to get at the pipes in order to replace them. I went on-line and found an alternative to tearing up the floors called Ne Flow. They came out and took a video like the others. Their process involves lining the old system with a bladder then filling up the area with a epoxy that forms a pipe when it sets. I called some other companies in Tuscon that did similar technique and they said it worked well. The price was similar to the other companies but we did not have to tear up and replace the floor covering which can be very expensive! We had them do the process and they sent a final video showing the result. it looks great and we don't have any more waste issues. The company was excellent in customer service and when they found the did not have to do a clean out of some pipes, we received a credit on the price! They did not have to even tell us about that as we had no idea what they were talking about. All I can say, is they were very honest and reputable. I would highly recommend Nu flow!

Patrick Riley called me for a free tune-up on February 14th after the tune up I decided to replace all the ductwork, it was a good price and I was very happy with it. Taurin/ Nicholas H . Adam and Nate came to my house this Saturday and cleared a blocked main line that 3 other (Non-Niemeyer Bros.) plumbers had failed to fix. They were fast to arrive, very friendly, competent, honest, and fairly priced. They turned a very stressful situation into a positive one. I will definitely call them again in the future for any plumbing needs!

In Calling Water heaters only my phone call was recieved with the ut most cureous staff. they immediately asked me about my issues with my water heater and quickly made an appointment to come and replace it. My installer was Don and he was so nice and so professional. he worked dilligently and in a very timely manner and do to the fact that it wasw mid day was very sympathetic to the fact that we had no hot water for over 24 hours. Don went over and above his obligation. he was very organized and cleaned up the garage and water damage beautifully. I would highly recommend Water Heaters only.

Omg THE BEST EVER. Had an issue with a hot water heater that Joe installed a couple of months ago called him this morning here he came running all the way to Wickenburg to resolve the problem. The issue had nothing to do with the time consuming job Joe did previously it was due to lack off attention from my EMPLOYEES. He's awesome resolved the issue and was more than fair with me. I love this hardworking family they are fair honest & DEPENDABLE. More than I can say about the rest of the plumbing companies around.

When our counter that they had made and installed developed a crack in it, they said it was because a crockpot we had used was excessive heat, so they wouldn't repair it. This was a standard crockpot, not a charcoal grill. Even when talking to one of the installers about the situation being a little ridiculous after all money the kitchen cost, he agreed. But of course there was nothing that could be done about it.

I can't rate what i didn't experience. They never called or showed up to take care of the service call set but the management company. So after 2nd day of no water, i bought the party and fixed it myself.
