I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Simon and his brother Alex. They were absolutely professional and courteous the entire time they were working on our plumbing re-route, moving our hot and cold lines from the slab to our attic (in AUGUST). We found Simon through his 5 star reviews on both Google and Yelp, and when we called, he was at our house the same day. He made himself available every step of the way - volunteering to come out at the same time as the leak detection company so he could share information with them, to walking us through what our available solutions were. I really respect when a specialist takes the time to explain their work to you (no one likes feeling condescended to or taken advantage of), and Simon very respectfully explained everything he did. At each step of his work, he showed us what he had done, and took every opportunity to improve the existing imperfections in our plumbing he noticed while working, (for example, turning the new drainage line at a better angle so the cleanout could be easily accessed behind a closet wall instead of needing to remove our entire toilet). He also noticed our water pressure was really low, so fixed that for us too. Both Simon and Alex took absolute care protecting our floors and possesions while they worked - you can tell they truly care about doing a good job and doing what's best for your house. Thank you Simon and Alex!!

I had a toilet leak that another plumbing company told me would cost $3K to fix. Jesse came right away when I called and was able to identify the issue at a reasonable cost (less than $500). He was friendly, professional, and did a great job educating me on what needed to be fixed. He even showed me what parts he replaced when he was done. The issue was resolved and the toilet no longer leaks. I will continue to use his services, thank you Jesse!

We used several plumbing service companies but Springs Plumbing was best at water heater installation. We got beyond our expectations and pleased with their professional service. Would definitely recommend.

Shout out to Vicente for showing up on time and being able to fix my garbage disposal issue that no one else was able to get done your company was my lucky Cham 3rd company I called!! Works amazing no longer clogged and drains perfect after him finding the issue and getting the job quick and professional!! Just explaining what the issue was he knew exactly how to fix it in a timely matter, I was shook with his knowledge and how no one else was able to fix this!! Give this man a raise

Peerless and their whole crew is awesome. My husband and I bought an older home with bad sewers. We negotiated with the sellers to have the sewers fixed. Peerless came out a few weeks after we closed on our house and completed the work. They didn't discuss billing or payment with us, because their office manager had already arranged the payment of the work with the sellers. Top notch from start to finish.

I knew nothing about Quail Plumbing, having just done a google search for a 24 hour plumber to respond to my after hours/emergency service call. The water main valve leading into my house broke, spewing water that I could not shut off. I had the good fortune to have Jamey from Quail Plumbing arrive within 45 minutes. Jamey knew his stuff. A real pro. It was an after hours service call and I knew it would not be cheap. But given their quick response and professional plumber (Jamey), I thought the pricing was fair. I'll use them again and would recommend them to others.

George did an amazing job! After I had four other plumbers try fixing my faucet, George was able to diagnose and completely fix and replace my faucet. He was professional, prompt and knowledgable about other plumbing issues I have.

I have not problem using him in the future and highly recommend him for all your plumbing needs!

I am so grateful for the team of Rooter Rangers who came to look at our plumbing issues. Our master toilet was backing up into our shower..Barney was the 1st came out and was so great at talking me thru his process. He was upfront about the possibility of the cost changing vs what was originally quoted. When he couldn’t solve the issue ( after trying for almost 3 hours) he reached out his Supervisor Jared. Jared walked him thru the steps he took and encouraged him the he did it all right. Jared then came out to take a look. We didn’t know where the clean out were for our house. Turns out they were buried in our front yard. Jared never gave up searching even as the rain came poring down. After running the camera thru the clean out Jared recommended “power washing” the pipes to see if that would clear out the clog and he could get a better view of everything. Due some other unexpected issues in our neighborhood we ended up having to schedule the “power wash” for the next day. Dillion showed up just as scheduled and was just as friendly and polite as Barney & Jared. After Dillion was done Jared inspected the system again. Dillion didn’t go as deep as it needed so Jared helped and walked him thru completing it. And it worked!!! Yay!! Jared inspected everything with cameras and to our surprise it was all in great shape.



Jared and his team were so easy to work with. They were great at explaining everything as well as answering all my questions. Thank you to Rooter Rangers (especially Jared, Barney & Dillion) for fixing our plumbing issue!!

We had Alexander's Plumbing replace a garbage disposal. A plumber arrived a few days after calling and before starting the work, I asked how much it would cost. He didn't know but could find out. After calling his office, he was waiting for a return call that never came so I told him to go ahead with the work. Upon completion, he pointed out that the existing RO system would no longer fit in the cabinet as he replaced the 1/2 HP disposal with a wider 3/4 HP unit. This turns out to be my problem as the work is done and he has to get going. He left after spending about an hour and I still did no know the cost and now had to cut into a side wall of the cabinet and located the RO tank into an open space outside of the cabinet. This took several hours and permanently created a hole in the side wall. My problem. Then the invoice came and it was for 525.00. I found this excessive as I could buy the same disposal at Home Depot for 142.00, meaning the plumber could buy it for less. This computes to a labor charge of around 400.00/hour. Wow! And I had to spend hours fixing the problem he created. I then called the Owner who finally agreed to drop the total to 500.00. Now the plumber was 375.00/hour - still outrageous in my estimation. On the plus side, both the plumber and owner were nice guys and the installation itself was fine.

I'm a contractor in Arizona. I have been using these guys for the past 5 years and I will continue to use them every time I have any plumbing or gas projects. Their knowledge is extremely extensive and their workmanship speaks for itself. You will not regret hiring these guys.
