They were called to check laundry tub which had overflowed to send a report to our insurance company. While here, I asked if they could do something about a singing toilet. They took the time to provide a quote, which was reasonable, and completed the work quickly. We have used them several times and would recommend them over plumbers in the City of Maricopa.

They were quick to take my service fee but never came through with our new water heater. Kept giving us the run around. Had to switch company's for excellent service.

John was fast, friendly, professional, informative and got the job done at a great price! Covid protocol was followed. We will be using HeroHome Services for our future needs!

If I could rate it lower, I would. Very bad experience with the company. The owner was argumentative and almost hostile, he KNEW what was right. Ego will run this company into the ground.



Side note, If you notice most of the people writing the reviews are his family. On their website it says they have been licensed for 5 years, if you look up the ROC License, it has only been active for a year...something seems fishy.

You can take your chances and go elsewhere or choose a professional company that will do a great job and is extremely professional. George Brazil is the best choice! From the time you call them until they leave, you feel like they are on point. I have used them 3 times and 3 times I have been impressed. Great job!

I had an exceptional experience with this company. Ramiro, Byanka and Kevin were all very respectful of my home. They were personable, friendly and very professional. They re-piped all the hot water lines in my attic and repaired drywall. I was told this could be up to a 3 day job but they got it done in 1 day. After the re-pipe and the drywall repair it looks just as it did the day we bought the home. You would never even know there was an issue. The texturing was perfect. I can't thank them enough. It was a very stressful road to travel with all the prior issues we had (not due to anything this company did) so sending the right people for this project was key to me. Ramiro, Byanka and Kevin I can't thank you enough! I would highly recommend them!

It says open 24/7 but it wasn't at 7:30pm on Friday.

Hired Charity Plumbing to install a Moen water detection device. They were recommended by Moen. The plumber installed the device incorrectly. I know this because I sent a picture to Moen for verification. Also I questioned the charge for parts. He had to go get some pieces of copper pipe and fittings. I sent a picture of my piping, why wouldn’t he have common materials on his truck?
I have emailed once and called several times. No response.
I would not recommend this company for anything

Dave was right on time and took care of both issues quickly. Very reasonably priced! Gave me an estimate on another possible repair we will be dealing with. We’ll definitely call back for future issues!

had a leaky pipe behind refrigerator. Mark called me within 10 minutes. said he would be there with in a hour and he was. Fixed it within a hour. Mark was extremely nice and very professional. Price was reasonable. Highly recommend.

The best customer service from the best plumber's.

We have used Johnco Plumbing last year for a sewer line break through our service line warranty (they were the ones to pick them and send them to us) Service was great and a great job done without us ever having to fight with the insurance. SO we decided to use them this time when we have had an issue with our water heater leaking. I called at just before 8am no answer left a message w/phone# no call back after an hour. Called again just after 9am still no answer and left a second message, waited and another hour and still no call back. I called again just before 11am and finally reached a live person. The representative took down the model#, serial# and the brand of or water tank and gave us a window time of 11:30am-1:30pm. well 1:30pm rolled around and no one showed up nor did we get a call that a plumber/tech would be late. I called again and still no answer only answering machine left a 3rd message. No call back AGAIN. Called a final time around 3pm and left my final message that I was following up and we have a no show. FINALLY at 4pm a plumber/tech called stating he only was forwarded our issue at this moment and if we can reschedule to MONDAY. I told him absolutely not, I've called and spoke to someone around 11am we were told a timeframe of 11:30am-1:30 pm and its now 4 PM and now you want to reschedule? I don't know whose exactly at fault here whether our info was never passed on to the plumber/tech or the plumber/tech forgot and lied about not getting the job til then...but something needs to be done about your customer services process.
