Daniel has recommended that I replace two toilets. He did unclog the pipe below a toilet to keep things running until I can get those and have him install them. He was honest about the fact that a toilet I purchase myself is less expensive than one that he would purchase as a tech for your company.

Option One Plumbing was professional, knowledgeable and they went the extra mile . They took off the toilet then had to run the line above. It was a big problem that they had to figure out the cause and the source. Andrew did that expertly.

I was able to get a septic tank pumping appointment within a couple of days. I was happy to pay a fee for them to dig, I'm getting too old for all of that. The technician was very professional, he also looked in to see if I had a single or double chamber tank because part of it is under a concrete slab. Good information to know for future intervals. My hot water tank recirculating pump stopped working so I called Smiley Plumbing and Walt came right away. He said the pump had burned out so he replaced it and tested the system. When I asked him how much he said that the pump was still under warranty and so was the service call. No charge. I have used him for several years now and he has always done a first rate job and stands behind his work. I am always confident that he will do the job right the first time.

Had a great experience with this company! We had a toilet backed up and couldn’t for the life of us get it unclogged. I called Rooter Ranger and was professionally treated by the receptionist, within minutes of getting my information the technician Michael called me. He was very pleasant to work with, gave me a time he would arrive and kept me in the loop along the way. Very glad I called this company!

We had an emergency leak in our house last Friday evening and our house was flooding. We tried calling several emergency plumbing companies and this was the only one that called us back immediately. The person on the phone was very nice. They were out to our house very quickly and ahead of time. James and Josh were amazing!! They were very knowledgeable and fixed our leak very quickly.
