My water heater quit working. I called my old company and they said it would take a few days. Kory came out the same day to replace it. He is nice very trustworthy I will definitely call them again.

This company did everything that I hired them to do. On time, very professional & very nice. They had the best and honest service I have ever had regarding any company I have ever hired. Just really impressed especially with the work they did.

Didnt even use their service, the receptionist was super rude right off the bat. Put me on hold without even a warning, and then when she picked back up immediately told me that she was way too busy to deal with this. i dont know about their repair service, but their customer service is garbage.

Penguin Air & Plumbing was such a pleasure to work with. Scheduling was very easy and flexible. I received a couple of texts (including a brief bio & picture of our technician) and a phone call to update me on the ETA of our technician. Amir was the gentleman that came out to the house, and he was so wonderful! We had some unexpected repairs needed, and Amir took the time to explain everything (a few times so I could understand ?), presented a few options to resolve the issues, and was incredibly patient while we figured out what to do. It’s never easy parting with hard-earned money, especially if it isn’t planned. If you have to do it though, it’s nice to work with such professional and courteous people! And the customer service at Penguin is pretty outstanding as well! The air is back up and running, and we are cooler than ever, if you can believe it!

Ungodly expensive, super high pressure sales tactics. Sky high quote and charged me through the nose for the diagnostics they supposedly completed (video scoping the line, but I didn’t actually see any scoping equipment).

Honesty, dependability, and responsiveness. If you require the services of a plumber, look no further. Highly recommended for everyone.

Huge kudos to Aldo!l Alliance Plumbing and Air. So welcoming to have a knowledgeable tech. Polite! He had evey item (tool, rag, bucket) he needed to perform excellent maintenance. Provided protection to the carpet as he worked and cleaned up afterwards. The world needs more people like Aldo.

I have recommended Donley to my clients (Realtor) and family, because I trust their integrity. Carl Bartoli (service manager) helped out when my sister had an unscrupulous technician from another company attempt to scare her into spending $2,000 in repairs (or a new unit for $12,000). The Donley technician showed up and fixed the problem for less than $200. Fred (technician) was just out at my house to perform routine maintenance. Everything was professional with no up selling. I like having a company that I can trust to take care of my clients and family!

Both of our kitchen sinks were blocked. The team was quick to respond and fairly priced. They had to remove a 50-foot-long clog in our line. In his explanation, the technician was professional, friendly, and clear. I would use them again and strongly suggest them!

Technician arrived for AC repair on time and worked diligently and professionally until the repair was completed and tested. He kept me apprised of his progress and finished the work earlier than estimated. He did an excellent job and I highly recommend him.

Plumbing problems are a pain in the neck. Its the one thing I cant do and dislike the most about taking care of my home. Scott is the guy you want on your side to help with any issue you cant take care of around your house. He was there when he said he would be....called ahead to confirm....had no issues running to get the parts i didnt have already - and was quick and efficient in his work. Our bathroom was stuck in the 80's and now it's not! Thanks to Qualtire we are so happy and couldn't be happier! They came in and got rid of everything and put in a beautiful walk in shower, a water closet, new cabinets, new flooring, new everything and it's so beautiful and such high quality. Joshua was very professional and knowledgeable. Fixed a problem with the AC fan constanconstantly running even though the settings were set differently. Found an electrical short at the unit. Not so humid in our house now.
