Bill with East Falls Plumbing and Heating was incredibly honest and helpful! I cannot thank him enough. I had a mysterious leak in the basement of my new home. I did my due diligence by calling several plumbers to try to find the source of the problem and get quotes to fix it. Some competitors had me hire a drain specialist and they convinced me I needed to tear up the basement and into the concreate outside to replace both sewer and storm lines.However, Bill was able to find the actual source of the leak which was that the pump for the air conditioner had been knocked out of place, and therefore causing the mysterious leak. Bill popped the pump back into place and told me to keep an eye on it, and if it dries up, that was the source of the leak. Sure enough, a couple days later it completely dried.Bill saved me from this stressful situation, not to mention thousands of dollars with his knowledge and honesty. Since he was just there to give me a quote on the project, he didn’t charge me. Do your homework and trust Bill at East Falls Plumbing and Heating!

Fantastic experience with getting a clogged drain fixed on very short notice. I talked to Tony late on a Friday, and he came within an hour to fix my clogged drain. The total work took less than an hour, and it was working again good as new. Tony was very kind and walked me through the entire process, he even gave suggestions on preventing similar clogs in the future. I highly recommend!

I had a very positive experience with Guaranteed. We had a sewage pipe leaking into our basement - I called at 7am and there were techs out by 9am. They diagnosed the issue (though it is $125 for each cut of drywall), and came back next day to do the work. They were very clean, on time, and I really appreciated their ability to fix the problem so quickly.

The owners wife handles all calls she is rude, disrespectful and extremely unprofessional. She doesn't like her job or people. Charged me for a service that wasn't completed. Would never use this company again. Would not recommend to anyone.

These guys are the best! No need to look any further.My experience with Joseph and his workers was great. I had a waste pipe break in the basement and the smell and mess was terrible. I wasn’t able to use my kitchen sink or washer so fast repair was necessary. Joseph sent someone out the next day and the job was complete a few days later.The crew Joseph sent we’re the best guys. They were professional, knowledgeable, extremely good at their jobs, and their work was beautiful. They were able to do some additional things that I added on the fly and even replaced a section of floor for me that had gotten soft because of the leak. They cleaned up all the mess they made and went above and beyond in everything they did.I’m certain to use these guys again for both emergencies and other plumbing and bathroom projects that I have planned. I was crossing the street at a crosswalk (Susquehanna & Cedar, right outside Loco Pez) and a guy driving an Aqua van yelled at me and my pregnant wife for taking too long to cross the street and looking at his van when it looked like he wasn't going to stop at all. Lots of name calling once he realized I was taking pictures of his van. Another driver told me he'd cut them off too.Says it was his number on the side of the truck, so I guess he's the owner. Don't know how he is as a plumber but I wouldn't let this guy anywhere near my house.

We had a serious cold water leak under our kitchen floor that another plumber would not repair despite telling their dispatcher we could not access the area. Matt and Franky explained everything and additionally pointed out our issues we need to address soon before they become more serious. They repaired the leak and cleaned up the area nicely by putting in new pipes, insulation, and sealing the work area once again.Thank you Matt and Franky. Tuan was terrific! He was very quick to respond and to come and help solve our problem (stoppage of our drain out on the sidewalk) and communicated in a very professional yet friendly manner throughout. He also was generous in talking through with me what had happened and how we could avoid reoccurrence in the future.

Over the last 30 years in Roxborough I have used many area plumbers. Recently I had a problem that 3 local plumbers could not diagnose. Andrew was the fourth and figured it out. His prices are reasonable. His work is quality. He returns calls quickly. He emailed me estimates promptly, which none of the others did. He was right on time. He’s pleasant. He cleaned up well. He is my new plumber. I highly recommend him.

The folks at Gaceta were great from start to finish!I had requested a quote through Google and Ronnie from their office called within an hour to confirm some details before providing an accurate and affordable quote that was $700 less than the other plumber I had talked to.They scheduled the install the next morning, and Dave showed up on time, kept me updated, and was courteous and professional.Definitely recommend and will be reaching out to them for any of my future plumbing needs!

Very disappointed. Worked with Ed Hughes for a few years now.This last job I had a leaking shower. They charged me $450 to caulk some tiles. They couldn't find the leak and the problem persisted.Paid for another plumber who identified the problem immediately for half the price. He asked why Ed Hughes didn't even look at the drain.I've called Ed Hughes numerous times over the last couple weeks and the women on the phone are always fantastic but for some reason they can't get the plumbers to call me back.Really trying to understand what I paid $450 for? Would really like my money back.
