I can not recommend Goodman enough. Had an issue with my water heater at 9pm in the evening and a representative was there to pick up the phone and schedule my appt for the next day between 8am-12pm. Sean D and Zac showed up better than promptly… arrived before 8! There were issues with sizing and valves/piping with the new unit. Sean walked thru it all and explained what needed to be done and did it. It was not the easiest job but they handled it above expectations. Cost was reasonable as well. I will def be using them again if needed. Hopefully they are all as good as Sean and Zac! You have a plumbing issue? Use Goodman!

They were very prompt with my inquiry. I needed a new garbage disposal and a new faucet. They replaced both and came the same day to fix the garbage disposal and the next day for the faucet. They fixed everything in a timely manner and were very professional and cleaned up any mess they made afterwards. I highly recommend them if anyone needs a a garbage disposal replaced or faucet sink replaced. Thank you again for all the great work done!

We had a major issue with a plumbing leak late on a Friday night that was flooding our kitchen. They made it a priority to come out within the hour when no other plumbers would. They quickly isolated and addressed the issue. They were very friendly and professional. I can't recommend them enough!

I made a DIY error and ended up ripping a piece of copper pipe out of the wall in our bathroom. East Falls Plumbing picked up the phone, allowed me to text pics of the damage, and accurately assessed what it would cost to fix. The job was done the next day and they even installed the new faucet and shower head after fixing the pipe I broke. They even checked to make sure there wasn’t anything additional we needed before leaving. Friendly, professional, responsive, and trustworthy. Would recommend highly!

We called them at 8:30 at night, they came the next morning at the time time they said they would. The plumber fixed our clogged sewer drain in less than 10 minutes. They were wonderful, simple and easy. Thanks so much.

I had a frost free spigot break on me in the wall with no local shutoff, and Tony came out and diagnosed the problem for me right away. It wasn't trivial since we couldn't find the shutoff (turns out there isn't one!).Tony was so professional, easy to communicate with, and does excellent work. We'll be calling him again for our plumbing needs. 10/10

Unfortunately, they don't seem like they are on the same page about things. I used them once for an emergency, however, I don't think I'll be using them again. Overall, I didn't really have a great experience with them.

I called Guaranteed Plumbing on Monday morning and was told I would get a call Tuesday morning, and they did not disappoint! They called and came out as promised on time, for a free estimate, Pricing was excellent!! and they did the job on the spot.The guys Rich & Joe were VERY knowledgeable and professional, they explained every step clearly, and did an awesome job in a reasonable amount of time. they job was completed and clean up weas a breeze and I must say it was pleasure having them in my home. and would recommend to friends and family

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Economy. I came across them in a search so I was completely unbiased. My first contact (and every one after that) with April was amazing. She is pleasant, helpful and efficient. I received a call ahead of time from the technician (Tom) that he was on his way. Tom listened to the issues, presented solutions and kept me informed along the way. As with April, Tom and his partner (Manuel) were pleasant, helpful and efficient. They offered (and got boss Travis' approval) to make a return trip to my house later in the evening after doing two additional jobs and picking up a bigger snake. They didn't end up leaving my house until almost 9PM with all issues completely resolved. I have NO hesitation is recommending them to everyone. I'd give them more stars if I could. It is clear that every person with this company cares deeply about the customer and getting the job right. Tom told me that they look forward to seeing their customers again. That being said, I hope to see you again when I have a problem but I hope that's NOT anytime soon. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!

I called as an emergency problem with our toilet for work. They said they could come out in a 2 hour window. This was awesome since I called another place and they told me 10-12 days on a wait list. We obviously can't wait that long with 30 employees. Joe came out with his helper and they were so professional and Joe was so knowledgeable. They figured out the problem and got us up and running in no time. We do need a new toilet but for now we are good to go. He gave us his card and said to call him personally with any issues. I would definitely call this company again and hopefully I can request Joe.

Really like dealing with Andy and his assistant, great guys, great work, fair price, and local, can’t beat it! Definitely recommend.

Turner Brothers came to the rescue when my new home was broken into and all the copper pipes were stolen for scrap money. After comparing prices from two other plumbers, Turner Bro's returned the most reasonable. Not only did Brian come out the same day, he and his associate also gave up their evenings from 7-10 pm to make sure we had running water again knowing that they had no other availability during the week. Their work was neat, everything is mostly functioning as it should, and I can't thank these guys enough!

Scott was amazing! He was here quickly and helped to take care of the large clog in our main sewer line. He was kind and courteous. He had nothing but respect for me and my property. My experience with the supervisor who called to check on me and the dispatcher who took my emergency call were also wonderful. I’m grateful for their prompt help. Thank you so much!

I had a commercial assignment for this company. The crew they sent out to do the work was first rate: responsible, precise (no collateral damage, and there was plenty of opportunity for that if the project were in the wrong or uncaring hands), and efficient. To top it all off, the crew consisted of very nice guys--great emissaries for the company that anyone would be proud to have as employees. Bravo, Bill Frusco Plumbing. Well done!

I asked Drains R Us to install a dishwasher and also a valve for a refrigerator. They said the cost is going to be $250 for installing a dishwasher and $150 for installing a valve. Two hours later, a plumber arrived and started working on the dishwasher. He installed dishwasher after about 90 minutes. However, there was a junction box under the former dishwasher to connect the power lines. The plumber told me that dishwasher cannot slide in completely and it would stay about 4 inches outside due to the junction box. I asked him to mount it on the wall but he refused. Ultimately, I asked him to let me pull the wires under the floor of the kitchen (in the basement) and asked him to connect the wires in the basement instead of on the kitchen (to let dishwasher slide in completely). I pulled down the wires myself and he came to the basement and connected the power lines in the junction box in the basement, instead of the kitchen. Later he charged me $75 for extra work, which is coming to the basement! He had to connect the same wires in the kitchen but when I pulled the wires to the basement and asked him to connect them in the basement but he charged me an extra $75!! My Bosch furnace/hot water unit wasn't getting power, and I couldn't find anyone who was both able to service it and come out on a Saturday afternoon. Fortunately, it turned out not to be a complicated problem, and Andrew was here and done within an hour of my calling him. I appreciate his prompt attention and helpfulness.
