The first plumber (Jeff) that came out to the house had a nasty attitude and I’ indirectly was asking for More money than was agreed upon. The second, had a better attitude but Still was trying to get more money from us and as you can see by the photo he came into our Home with a GUN!

I opted for 24/7 emergency service because my kitchen sink drain was clogged and the water in the pipe just wouldn't budge. I was fortunate that John Snyder himself came through and saved the day. My experience was efficient and professional from beginning to ending. I received a call back from his office in a timely manner and after I provided the necessary details for the job, I received a text confirmation within minutes that John would be there with an approximate time. I received another text when he was actually heading my way. He was very personable, polite, and professional, and my kitchen sink drain was clear within an hour of his arrival. The cost was affordable and reasonable for quality work, which is what he delivered. After payment, I received a thank you, receipt, and review request via email. This was my first experience with John and I added him to my contacts without hesitation for future business. I strongly encourage you to do the same. Thanks again, John! ?

SAVED ME HUNDREDS!! Had a shut off valve in my basement start to leak pretty steadily on a Sunday afternoon, called Warren to see if he could come out and fix it. After explaining my problem, he had me FaceTime him so he could see what was up. He told me how to fix the problem which basically came down to tightening down one nut on the valve, boom. Problem solved. Sent him some cash via Venmo as a thank you, wanted to come and leave him a great review. Thank you for your help, I will call you again if I ever have another plumbing issue!!

These guys are top notch. I’ve had them come out to run new pipes for a sink, leak detection coming from the ceiling of my dining room, toilet flange repair and now faucet installation. Every time they are professional, precise and on time. Their pricing has been very reasonable considering the price of everything right now. And they are always clean and respectful of my home. I was recommended this heating and plumbing company by a very skilled electrician I had previously hired to do some rewiring. I worked with Ryan and CJ who installed an indirect water heater as a second zone on my high efficiency boiler.The install was quick and tidy. We ran in to a difficult problem of intermittent banging which presented itself after all of the work was paid for (I paid half up front and half upon completion). The problem was difficult to diagnose because it would only happen every hour of so. Ryan and CJ were extremely patient and diligent as they came out to my residence 5 or 6 times to try and remedy the install. After replacing each part and though discussions with the manufacturers, eliminated the boiler and the water tank as culprits and zeroed in on a pump with a broken check valve. The folks at city plumbing are consummate professionals. I gladly recommend their work and their ability to stand by it.

I am very pleased with KCS Plumbing’s services. They are responsive, efficient, and professional. I called regarding a broken garbage disposal and sink that wouldn’t drain. They arrived on time and fixed my sink and garbage disposal almost immediately. The plumbers were both polite, professional, and even cleaned up after themselves before leaving my home. These guys are the best! No need to look any further.My experience with Joseph and his workers was great. I had a waste pipe break in the basement and the smell and mess was terrible. I wasn’t able to use my kitchen sink or washer so fast repair was necessary. Joseph sent someone out the next day and the job was complete a few days later.The crew Joseph sent we’re the best guys. They were professional, knowledgeable, extremely good at their jobs, and their work was beautiful. They were able to do some additional things that I added on the fly and even replaced a section of floor for me that had gotten soft because of the leak. They cleaned up all the mess they made and went above and beyond in everything they did.I’m certain to use these guys again for both emergencies and other plumbing and bathroom projects that I have planned.
