Bob came out this morning and I was 100% impressed. Bob was punctual, friendly, informative and best of all he corrected the problem with our faulty tub/shower line (he even fixed a cosmetic problem with ourfreakishly long toilet bolts and added cover caps). Recently had their staff the plumber investigate a strong sewer gas odor inside the house. He conducted a series of smoke tests over a 9 hour period and found an open vent pipe in the ceiling.

My water heater had rusted out, but was still covered under warranty and Andrew took care of everything. He had it replaced in about two hours and was very affordable. Highly recommended.

I was having trouble with my backyard drain. Every time it rained I had a giant puddle in my backyard and a leak in my basement. So I gave these guys a call. I got an immediate response and scheduled them to come look at it. When they arrived they weee very professional and knowledgeable. It really sounded like they knew what they were doing. They pinpointed the problem almost immediately. They gave me a really great quote and even worked out a manageable payment plan to get it done. Long story short they dug up the yard, replaced the pipe and replaced the cement all in a day. They left it looking clean and brand new like they were never there. At first I was skeptical because it was done so fast but I haven’t had a puddle or a leak since. They’re my go to for any problems from here on out.

Our plumber was Eddie. He was awesome! He came within the hour and completed our service in 20 minutes. He shared his expertise with us. I did forget to mention that it is Good Friday at 11:56pm! I am definitely using these services again and next time hopefully it wont be an emergency but if it is i know i can count on fast and great services! Thank you so much!

I first contacted these guys more than a month ago after a recommendation from a neighbor who had them install a pump.They initially came out in two days and told me the shower head needed to be replaced. I bought several that weekend, tried them all, and the issue did not go away. Called these guys all first thing the next week to tell them.The technician came out again a couple days later and took photos. He told me the cartridge usually takes just one or two days.Nobody called me for several days. So I called them again. The woman I spoke to said they must not have heard back from the supplier but they would contact me as soon as they did.Another week went by and still no phone call from the plumber. So I had to call them back again. This time I was told the photos the technician took were not clear. I immediately walked downstairs, took several photos, emailed them, and asked for confirmation they were okay.Another week went by. Again nobody responded. So I called and left a detailed urgent message with their answering service.The owner and namesake emailed me the next day early in the morning asking if he could come by. I replied within ten minutes despite being before 5am out West where I was traveling, explaining that would not work and asking if they revived the part. Nobody responded.So after 5 days I contacted them again. The woman I spoke to had the owner call me while I was on the line. Joseph explained this is is not how he does business and asked if he could come by today at 6:00am. I asked about a later time and he offered 6:30. Seeing he wouldn’t go much later, and given he seemed apologetic, I reluctantly agreed. We confirmed the 6:30 visit.Joseph also explained the supply house told them were two cartridges, they didn’t know which, and he would show me all the communication. He mentioned they wouldn’t charge me a service fee for the instal - only for the part. It was odd he didn’t tell me the price but I didn’t think anything of it at the time. Another odd thing was that I asked several times how long it would take to get the part and install it if we agreed though Joseph did not give me any answer.So this morning I awoke at 5:00 and was on my stoep from 6:25-7:05. Nobody came by.When I emailed to inquire and express my bewilderment, Joseph responded saying he called me this morning and left a voicemail. My phone has so not disturb on before 8am for obvious reasons so I did not see. I checked and did in fact have a voicemail - but it just asked me to call back. And it’s a moot point because we confirmed the 630 time. Backed by the word of the owner and namesake.I responded to his reply not even fifteen minutes later simply asking for the price of the part. This time Joseph did not respond.After more than a month, the office staff has now not responded at all a few times, responded extremely slowly others, and lied. Now the owner and namesake did not show up.And they haven’t even told me the price for the cartridge now that they heard back from the supply house. While I didn’t know why before, I do now. Just look at other google reviews.Don’t waste your time.

We bought our heater from McLoughlin about 10 years ago. We had no heat and called. It took a few hours, but someone came out to us, assessed the problem, and explained everything in great detail. Robert gave us a quote, and went to work! It took a while, he had to do some redirecting because we need a switch, which is on order; and we are back in a warm house !!! Joe and Greg were awesome. Real authenic down to earth guys. Joe answers his calls and fits you in, without making you wait days to hear back like the other plumbers I called. I'm happy to have hit the jackpot on finding him on my first experience with a plumber. They replaced 3 old leaking faucets that used the old school gate valves in to easy ball valves. My go to plumber for sure.

This company is not interested in providing a service they are interested in charging you for everything. Called other places who do not charge fees to come out. Called other plumbers who gave a rate on toilet installation.Called for someone to give me a quote on a toilet install. Everything Jessica said on the phone was “it depends” there is a fee for someone to come out and look. And if they use their skills or brain there is a fee. The fees are not reasonable it’s $100 if the leaks are not visible and when they use a camera it’s $295 dollars. Outrageous.The company should be paying for that if they want customers and want to build a relationship. I then asked for an estimate since my leak is viable in the basement and it may not even be plumbing related. Jessica said she can have an estimator out next week but when she took my information down again she pressed that if any investigation has to be done by the plumber there is a $100+ dollar fee! She then called her supervisor Joey who refused service to me. Because I wanted a simple quote / estimate on a toilet replacement. Joe also now says Lansdale is too far.
