NEVER USE THIS COMPANY! My family member had a house fire and the contractor hired this company for the plumbing. From day one there were leaks everywhere, pipes not tightened up all the way, pvc pipes just shoved together with no glue. When the latest situation was brought up to them to come out and fix, my family member was told that this was beyond their warranty period and they would need to pay for it and wait multiple days to get on the schedule. SERIOUSLY NEVER USE SAM WEXLER PLUMBING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My wife and I had a house fire about 1.5 years ago. We hired a contractor to rebuild our whole house. Our contractor hired Sam Wexler for all of the plumbing.Right when we moved back into our new house after being displaced for a year there were problems right away. Every single bathroom sink had leaks, things weren't tightened all the way. We had to keep calling them to come back every few days to fix yet another leak. Which they did and came back often to fix their mistakes.They left a temporary plug on an access point that had caused the master bathroom toilet to constantly overflow and also drain fecal matter and urine into the shower. I called another plumber to come fix that, that plumber discovered the temporary plug that needed to be removed and solved that issue.Now, almost 7 months later after we moved into our house I discovered that there was water under the kitchen sink now. I did some looking and noticed that the pipe that connects the sink to the wall was just loose and was not glued into the wall at all. I could just pull it right out of the wall. So, I called them last weekend about it and today get the response that it is passed their 30 day warranty now and that they can possibly send someone in a few days.Instead of having them come back out, I called my contractor about it and he is going to send someone completely different over to fix this issue now.Who knows what else I will discover in the future.

I want to ensure Wexler plumbing knows what a professional they have in Butch. Butch has tremendous experience. He was able to pinpoint a leak I could not find. Butch was great!!!!! I will use Wexler plumbing again and specifically request Butch.

My apartment complex called these guys for an emergency drain fix first guy they sent was super ignorant and very unprofessional. Claimed we might of been “racist”. Second guy they sent a hispanic guy was very professional and very polite. Horrible workers tho they definitely need to be trained more.

This company is not interested in providing a service they are interested in charging you for everything. Called other places who do not charge fees to come out. Called other plumbers who gave a rate on toilet installation.Called for someone to give me a quote on a toilet install. Everything Jessica said on the phone was “it depends” there is a fee for someone to come out and look. And if they use their skills or brain there is a fee. The fees are not reasonable it’s $100 if the leaks are not visible and when they use a camera it’s $295 dollars. Outrageous.The company should be paying for that if they want customers and want to build a relationship. I then asked for an estimate since my leak is viable in the basement and it may not even be plumbing related. Jessica said she can have an estimator out next week but when she took my information down again she pressed that if any investigation has to be done by the plumber there is a $100+ dollar fee! She then called her supervisor Joey who refused service to me. Because I wanted a simple quote / estimate on a toilet replacement. Joe also now says Lansdale is too far.

The technician was nice enough, but he didn’t really troubleshoot to see what was wrong. He just turned up the heat setting on my hot water heater and charged me $125. He didn’t stick around long enough to see the heat setting was NOT the issue. When I called the office to tell them, I was told I would be charged another trip charge to diagnose the issue.

We used them to replace our sewer line. They dug up the lawn and replaced only a portion of it - claiming that the rest of it was OK. Since then, we have had the same problem that caused us to replace it (we thought) in the first place!!!! They came out and lo and behold the rest of the line had collapsed and for a mere $3,600 we could get that fixed too!!!! We have an old house and they should have fixed the entire issue the first time when the lawn was dug up. Needless to say we are not happy and would never recommend them

I had two plumbers come in and no one could figure out what wrong with my shower. The water was coming in either hot or cold and it wasn't the mixing valve. We thought we have ghost pipes. I called Sam Wexler plumbing based on another plumbers recommendation. Within an hour the figure out the problem and within two it was fixed. There plumber, I cant remember his name but quiet, quick and even looked at another issue he was not scheduled there for. I personally had a wonderful experience and will call again for their services. I will say its a little hard to get an appt when I am working full time but it was worth it.

Called San Wexler plumbing to clear my main drain. Technician was here within the hour. Did a clean, thorough job, snaking well past the clog to assure the entire line (75 feet) was clear. Best of all Wexler uses a very powerful drill to drive the snake, rather than the big clunky machines others use that were difficult to get through my house and down the basement stairs.

I was referred by my friend who is a plumber. Even he was shocked to here what a rip off this company is. I thought my kitchen drain wasn't draining. He checked and said it was draining fine. Took him all of 5 min. Then said I owed $125. I stayed the girl who took the call never said anything about a $125 service fee. He said there are 3 girls that answer the phone and they should say it. Do not call this place. There are many plumbing companies who did service calls for a lot less. And they tell you there rate on the phone, not back door you So they can rip you off.

Simply awful. After several failed repairs, I sent them video proof that the repairman Joe had screwed up. He is supposed to be a manager and he can't even replace a faucet?!?! They were quick respond before I paid...after that, they said it could be months before they would even look at fixing the poor repair Joe did the first time. With so many good plumbers out there, stay away from this company at all costs!

Pricey. They Didn’t think about how customers or clients feel regards the project or process. All they do is just lump sum price for their work. No break down with details. Change the handle and capping drain cost $295. For about 25 mins job.I hope anyone see this message just do the math. And I really hope I can do business with them. If they modify their process, think from the client sides.No hard feeling. Just speaking the facts.

They do a good job and are knowledgeable! I have only used them for commercial properties but they have been great to work with. Drain cleaning, roof drains, and building main shut off valves, great job on all!

Have been using Wexler for years! Honest and fair pricing! They always do an amazing job! Their plumbers are always on time, friendly, and very knowledgeable! I wouldn't use anyone else!

The BEST !!! We had an emergency where the needed parts were not available. We found the parts after all of us in the office calling every supply house in the world, Wexler rearranged their schedule and made us whole again. We love this company and will never use any other. WE LOVE YOU SAM WEXLER !!!! AND THE WEXLER TEAM !!!

I scheduled an appointment and took time off work to be home during the 3 hour window they gave me. They called to cancel while I was home waiting for them and refused to schedule another appointment outside of work hours.

I LIKE SAM WEXLER PLUMBING ! They are Professional, did quality works, Reasonable Price. I recommend this Plumbing Company.

The service technicians as well as the office staff were courteous & professional. I highly recommend Sam Wexler Plumbing if you need plumbing or drain cleaning services.

Terrible experience. They scheduled dates with us THREE times and cancelled and didn't show up any of those times. I had heard great things, but I guess they got to big to service the little people anymore.

Our guy, Butch, was exceptional! Neat, precise, professional, and exceptional work.

These guys are total disasters. If you use them you will regret...the only thing they CAN do is bill bill and bill.

The only thing they do worse than plumbing is driving, their Vans are always causing to Hazard and I just saw one do a hit-and-run.
