Nick was awesome! Replaced my water supply lines that were leaking. Quality work! Arrived earlier than the scheduled time and was able to get everything done! Called me 30 minutes prior to arrival time! Great job overall!

They responded to my inquiry promptly and replaced the garbage disposal same day and will be back for replacing the faucet as well. they did the work in a timely manner. I highly recommend this business for anyone that needs a new disposal and have it done professionally and correctly.

I emailed them on Sunday and got an immediate response. The receptionist got me an appointment for the following Monday. I received a call 8:07am Monday morning from Mike that he’d arrived in about 30 minutes and he in fact did. Mike came out, evaluated the issue and was very informative! I’m no plumber but his communication was so well I completely understood the issue. I got my toilet resealed and my flange replaced. I’m not sure of the price that you should pay for something like that but I was alright with the price. Honestly, the convenience, great professionalism, and the short time period it took to fix it was so worth it to me! He had everything he needed in his truck and was literally out in 2 hours, problem solved! I would highly recommend them, and if need be I will use them in the future.

Tony was awesome! His experience and professionalism was quickly demonstrated when he diagnosed the problem and got to fixing it right away. He was at my house for maybe an hour and thirty minutes total. He was able to get to me the same day I called and was an absolutely friendly man. He has lots of work experience and it shows, he'll do his best to fix something while also being humble enough to tell you when it's out of his control. 10/10 would recommend.

I want to thank you all for great service, and for doing a fantastic job providing me with a new water meter pipeline. The staff here are super professional, courteous and thorough. I'm so pleased with the work done, what a blessing and now I can have peace of mind that there's no more leaking pipes, no moist basement, no more bugs! Do not deal with this company!!!While working on my my neighbors property, they did several hundred dollars worth of damage to mine and refuse to even call me back, let alone pay reparations for their damage. More specifically, while digging up my neighbors lawn, they dumped what they were digging up on my front walkway and lawn and then caused several hundred dollars worth of damage to my property finishing the job.In other words, they used my property without my permission and damaged it while doing so.I have tried a number of times over the past month and half to get someone at the company to fix my property and I have gotten nothing but silence; no one will call me back. I am extremely disappointed that they couldn't even have someone call back to apologize, let alone pay for the damages.I am strongly considering suing this company in small claims court for the above described actions.In the end, these people are awful. Do not give them your business. There are far better plumbers in the Philly region. If you value your property and your relationship with your neighbors take your business elsewhere.

I called to get a gas line installed for a personal heater… they came out gave me an estimate I called maybe a week later set up time for the plumber to come out…. He came out did not have any parts I had too tell them once again what I wanted done… then he told me he needed to go to the shop and pick up some parts… and that was the last time I saw or heard from anyone this was a Saturday… I get a call Monday afternoon saying our guy is on his way… of course I denied the service.

The representative was outstanding. He was personable efficient knowledgeable and professional. I even learned a few things about the job he was performing. He answered all and any questions I had. And there were a few. I wish all my jobs could be handled this way. Thank you rotor Rooter keep up the excellent work.

Came out within an hour after I called for a drain blockage, got the job done within 30 mins, I highly recommend Tuan.

My inside shut off valve was dripping. They turned it and it start drpping worse. They then went to turn off the outside valve and snapped it. Now there was no way to turn off the water. Then someone showed up with a big claw truck to dig up the street and didn't tell me. I stopped them before they got it off the flat bed. They also never gave me a estimate before they started. to do any work. They did inform me on the phone that they wanted the whole payment. I later found out that it would have cost me $3,800 to $4,200.after I called them three times to ask. No mention of the fact that they broke the the shut off value.I ended up with someone else. They didn't need to dig up the street only a portion oof my pavement. Fix within an hour

Basement flooded due to broken pipes. Splash did an awesome job replacing the pipes, kept my house clean & helped w/insurance reimbursement.
