He went above and beyond to explain price and the work he would be doing. Make sure you ask for Nick. Would Highly recommend quality work.

They were very prompt with my inquiry. I needed a new garbage disposal and a new faucet. They replaced both and came the same day to fix the garbage disposal and the next day for the faucet. They fixed everything in a timely manner and were very professional and cleaned up any mess they made afterwards. Unfortunately, they don't seem like they are on the same page about things. I used them once for an emergency, however, I don't think I'll be using them again. Overall, I didn't really have a great experience with them.

Septic pump was clogged, they came same day and gave me the run down of best and worst case scenario. Fortunately for me it was some debris that needed to be cleaned, fast and they cleaned up the mess that was made.

Hot water heater repair and outdoor faucet fused to hose. We have been using Andy and John since we moved into the neighborhood six years ago. Why? Because they are honest, pleasant, trustworthy, and good at what they do. Most recently, our hot water was reduced to less than half. I thought I would be spending $1,000+ for a new hot water heater. John came out on Friday; assessed the problem, which turned out to be a corroded heating element; and promised to be back on Monday with the replacement parts (decided to replace both heating elements). And, as good as his word, John showed up early Monday afternoon to do the job. In addition, I had him remove a hose that had fused to an exterior faucet; a mistake I will never make again. John got the work done, no muss, no fuss. Pleasant surprise: the cost was less than we originally discussed and several hundred dollars less than a new hot water heater. Finding a trustworthy, competent trades-person can be a challenge. So, when you do, don't let them go. That is why, as long as we live in Philadelphia, Andy's is the only plumbing and heating company we will ever use.

Tuan, Kit and their team were fantastic. I had them come out to my house to redo most of my drainage system and install all new water lines throughout my house. They were quick to come out and give us an estimate, took the time to understand our needs and were fast to get back out and do the work! The team was very professional and communicative, and the job was done fast. They were very affordable and I'm extremely happy with the quality of their work. My only regret is not calling them sooner - they will surely be my first call with any plumbing issues in the future!I'll also mention that Drains R Us took the time to check temperatures and wear face masks at all stages of the project to ensure everyone's saftey during the pandemic. More proof that they go the extra mile!

I Called spalsh Drain & Sewer because my outside water spicket wouldn't stop leaking john told me to send him pics of the problem he came out same day & installed a new outdoor spicket & insulated the pipes also looking forward to have him do more work soon highly recommend this company.
