I had a problem with my toilet forever and previously had called a company who said they’d fix it but the same thing happened again month later. The people working at this company care so much and came RIGHT AWAY to fix the problem. I had a guy named Shane I think and he was so professional and fast, plus took great care to clean the area he was working when he finished. Not “Good” - man, more like GREAT-man!

They responded to my inquiry promptly and replaced the garbage disposal same day and will be back for replacing the faucet as well. they did the work in a timely manner. I highly recommend this business for anyone that needs a new disposal and have it done professionally and correctly.

After contacting two other plumbers without success. Boss plumbing were able to come out A.S.A.P. Warren & his partner were professional and knowledgeable in what I needed for my basement and outside drain. He also referred me to another company for something else that needed to be done in my basement.

Bill and his team are very responsive! I call and they make every effort to get there asap. My first time working with bill was a small renovation on the third floor. He ran new pipes for 4 radiators, a tub and a sink. He’s on time and his prices are fair. I’ll keep working with him.

City Plumbing did a great job with replacing my sewer line (including the lateral) due to it being broken in two spots, and causing water to back up into the basement. It only took about a week from their initial inspection until they could secure the permits and start the work. They had a decent sized crew (maybe 5-6 members?) and finished the job in one day.We had some crazy rain storms come in the day afterwards (a Saturday), which caused all of that dirt which was removed and replaced to compact down, and caused a bit of a rut in the street. I was surprised and impressed that they got a two man crew out within maybe an hour or so, to quick fill up the hole with *a lot* of extra stone, just in case it continued to rain.City Plumbing then passed on the concrete work to another company (whose name I didn't write down), but, their work was just as professional. City Plumbing even had one of my neighbor's sidewalk blocks replaced because of a crack that occurred during the sewer line replacement.I am highly impressed with how City Plumbing operates and how reasonable their pricing was (compared to another larger, national company who quoted me at nearly twice the price), and would recommend them to anyone who is in need!

A+ service and professionalism. I submitted for an appointment on their website for an issue with my toilet / drain and within 15 minutes I got an email response back to schedule and then within 20 minutes Sammy arrived at my house. Discovered the issue with my toilet right away and then did tests to check for drainage issues (which there were none). Provided some tips going forward and was extremely polite, honest and professional throughout the visit (they even wore boot covers before entering the house!). Recently I had a terrible Clog, Thompson plumbing took 20 minutes to walk me through what the problem was and how I could fix it. Our 100 year old cast iron stack developed crack and we had water pooling in our basement. Roger and his team acted swiftly in responding to our need. He had a team out early the next day replacing our stack by early afternoon. His team was quick, clean and courteous. I will definitely use Roger Ross Plumbing again and would be quick with a recommendation.

Bob was punctual, friendly, informative and best of all he corrected the problem with our faulty tub/shower line (he even fixed a cosmetic problem with ourfreakishly long toilet bolts and added cover caps). Billy and his team at Aqua were great. They handled a problem I came across needing plumbing rerouted in my bathroom for a new vanity and identified other issues that I didn’t even know about and corrected everything so quickly and left me with clean looking new pipes I will never have to worry about. I find Billy to be honest when he describes what he anticipates will be an issue and even when he gives me a heads up about things for the future that aren’t necessarily an emergency. I have used them before for major and minor work and will use again!
