They were very prompt with my inquiry. I needed a new garbage disposal and a new faucet. They replaced both and came the same day to fix the garbage disposal and the next day for the faucet. They fixed everything in a timely manner and were very professional and cleaned up any mess they made afterwards. Tony was absolutely wonderful. Very professional and prompt. I left a message. He responded quickly and within 25 mins was at my door.I was amazed! I had called some others(4) on some previous issues. Three of which said they were coming.....NEVER SHOWED. And, one who could only schedule me for a later date on a RIGHT NOW issue.Tony evaluated the issue. Explained what needed to be done. Completed the task. And, cleaned up behind himself.I will definitely recommend and use this service again.

I had a very positive experience with Guaranteed. We had a sewage pipe leaking into our basement - I called at 7am and there were techs out by 9am. They diagnosed the issue (though it is $125 for each cut of drywall), and came back next day to do the work. They were very clean, on time, and I really appreciated their ability to fix the problem so quickly.

I had an emergency leaking toilet and economy drain came right away and explained everything thoroughly and fixed my leak fast.

I called Thompson Plumbing when my garbage disposal broken after I had gotten a glass stuck in it. I tried clearing it myself but it still wasn't working and wasn't draining. Instead of charging me $150 for an easy fix, they walked me through it on the phone and the method worked like a charm. If I ever have any real plumbing issues they will be the first call i make from now on!

Not a great experience. Showed up about 20 minutes late in the morning and then rescheduled to later in the day because they couldn't find parking. Later in the day they called about a half hour after the estimated window to tell me they would have to reschedule to the next day. The next day they still didn't show up during their estimated window after I purposely found them a parking spot, so I cancelled my appointment. I would suggest reading reviews from multiple websites.

Had and emergency today. The second floor toilet valve connecting the water to the tank split. Water was rushing all over the floor. Turned the water off and called Andy. He called me back in 5 minutes. Was on his way from one job to another and I fell in between the two jobs. He stopped by in 15 minutes after me call. I was prepared to wait until tomorrow. Fixed the valve quickly. I've been using him for 18 years. This is an example of why I do.

Bob came out this morning and I was 100% impressed. Bob was punctual, friendly, informative and best of all he corrected the problem with our faulty tub/shower line (he even fixed a cosmetic problem with ourfreakishly long toilet bolts and added cover caps). I will not hesitate to use and recommend Joseph's Affordable Plumbing in the future.
