They were very prompt with my inquiry. I needed a new garbage disposal and a new faucet. They replaced both and came the same day to fix the garbage disposal and the next day for the faucet. They fixed everything in a timely manner and were very professional and cleaned up any mess they made afterwards. I highly recommend them if anyone needs a a garbage disposal replaced or faucet sink replaced. Thank you again for all the great work done!

City Plumbing was contracted through our insurance, and we were very happy with their services. They came out 3 days before the work was done to put up clearly marked no parking signs from the City of Philadelphia in front of our home, and even knocked on neighbors’ doors as a courtesy to notify them about the work/parking. Overall a good experience, and we can finally flush our toilet and use our water again!

I had a very positive experience with Guaranteed. We had a sewage pipe leaking into our basement - I called at 7am and there were techs out by 9am. They diagnosed the issue (though it is $125 for each cut of drywall), and came back next day to do the work. They were very clean, on time, and I really appreciated their ability to fix the problem so quickly.

After chasing a warranty with the manufacturer (Rheem…don’t buy them) for 2 days I got fed—up and decided I needed to cut my losses and keep my sanity. I called Economy and 2 other contractors…only Economy was able to accommodate me within 90 minutes!!!!!Allen called me with his ETA while picking up the new tank…it was installed flawlessly wiring an hour. I can rest comfortably tonite…with no more grief from my wife…lol…thx Economy!

To wake up on a 14 degree morning and realize your heater is not working could be beyond stressful. However, I called Brian at 7am and he managed, in between dealing with plumbing and frozen/busted pipe jobs, to repair my heater the same day!!! The day before a snow storm and the expected polar vortex!!! Brians prompt response and repair made the whole situation alot less stressful!!! Couldnt ask for better service! Andrew did a great job explaining what caused the leak, options to fix it and updates throughout the process. He was always professional and was on tome each day and cleaned up everything at the end of the day. He even finished the work a day earlier then expected.I would call on Bill Frusco's in the future and specifically request Andrew. A job well done when it is hard to find these days.

I called Veterns Plumbing on a Tuesday evening after 7 when I couldn’t re-light my hot water heater pilot. I left a phone message and Chris called me back within 15 minutes. He spent an hour on the phone with me, walking me through possible solutions to my pilot problem. He gave me honest suggestions along with price points for my hot water heater repair. When I asked him to proceed with the repair plan we discussed and to send me an invoice for our time on the phone he stated that he helps people on the phone all the time and that there was no fee. I was truly shocked! A professional human being who gives you his time as a courtesy?!?! Chris hasn’t done the work on my water heater yet but I have no doubt his work will be as immpeccable as his character. Verterns Plumbing will be my plumbers for life. Thanks again Chris!
