They were very prompt with my inquiry. I needed a new garbage disposal and a new faucet. They replaced both and came the same day to fix the garbage disposal and the next day for the faucet. They fixed everything in a timely manner and were very professional and cleaned up any mess they made afterwards. I highly recommend them if anyone needs a a garbage disposal replaced or faucet sink replaced. Thank you again for all the great work done!

So, Boss Plumbing hasn’t actually come out to my house, but I did work with Warren (on a Saturday!) to have them come out for flooding in my basement from the water line. I had an appointment with a different large company on Sunday morning that I was able to cancel if I found someone on Saturday.I preferred a smaller, family-owned business and found glowing reviews on both Google and Yelp for Warren and Boss Plumbing. I called and he was able to get some of his plumbers to come out within a couple of hours, which was very impressive. However, before they arrived, a field assessor from the large company I had an appt with on Sunday spontaneously showed up before Warren’s staff arrived, and just kind of took over the situation, in a way that I probably needed as a new home owner. I had to cancel on Warren, which I feel terrible about (I was also having some technical difficulties with the invoice for Boss).However, if I am unfortunate enough to need an emergency plumber again (or for plumbing in general) I will definitely call Boss Plumbing, and I highly recommend Warren for his responsiveness, especially on a Saturday, and at a time when it seemed like there were plumbing emergencies all over the city to deal with.

City Plumbing was responsive, professional, and effective. They sent Alex and Ed the very next day after I called them. Alex did a fine job unclogging my kitchen drain and making certain my garbage disposal was working properly. They were careful to avoid any spillage of water from the drain. I had a very positive experience with Guaranteed. We had a sewage pipe leaking into our basement - I called at 7am and there were techs out by 9am. They diagnosed the issue (though it is $125 for each cut of drywall), and came back next day to do the work. They were very clean, on time, and I really appreciated their ability to fix the problem so quickly.

Economy is great! They show up when they say they will and are always professional and a pleasure to deal with!

Terrible company. I call them for an outside drain issue and they came out right away. Unfortunately, they didn't do ANYTHING for me but made the situation worse. They didn't even let my tenant know they were leaving and they would not respond to my texts or phone calls. It turns out whatever they did caused the kitchen sink drain to not drain at all. This was a disaster.

INCOMPETENT, EXPENSIVE, SLOW! I hired Plumbing Boys to fix a broken PVC pipe. They had to replace several inches of a pipe in bathroom accessing it from the wall in a bedroom. Their price was high but I was willing to pay $500, since it was an emergency situation and half of the house was left without water. They were unable to repair the pipe the first night and had to come back several times during 8 day period, since the replaced piece kept dripping inside a wall. A hole in the wall was getting bigger and bigger, and we lived without water on two floors. We couldn't bath a baby and use toilets. A small project turned into a big headache. Once during testing, they flooded the bathroom forgetting to connect the pipe on other side. Then the following day the plumber didn't show up and didn't even call. On the 7 th day another Plumbing Boy managed to fix the problem but left me with an ugly plastic wall cover, that was twice bigger than hole and didn't lie flat. I was also shocked to discover $85 charge for sink installation. They only thing they did was putting it back on brackets that held it before. They even neglected to tighten the screws. One would think that after this sink fell down and broke the pipe, it should be secured better than this. They agreed to issues a $85 refund but I've never got it.

Working with James Lamenia of Zoom Drain was a pleasure. He took the time to examine the drain thoroughly from beginning to end, leaving nothing up to chance. What began as a worrisome situation ended up with the best possible outcome thanks to James' hard work. I'd recommend his services to anyone.

Replaced over 20 feet of PVC inside my basement in less than 2.5 hours. That ncluded the cement work AND a large piece of pipe behind the hot water heater which they worked around.
