They were very prompt with my inquiry. I needed a new garbage disposal and a new faucet. They replaced both and came the same day to fix the garbage disposal and the next day for the faucet. They fixed everything in a timely manner and were very professional and cleaned up any mess they made afterwards. I highly recommend them if anyone needs a a garbage disposal replaced or faucet sink replaced. Thank you again for all the great work done!

SAVED ME HUNDREDS!! Had a shut off valve in my basement start to leak pretty steadily on a Sunday afternoon, called Warren to see if he could come out and fix it. After explaining my problem, he had me FaceTime him so he could see what was up. He told me how to fix the problem which basically came down to tightening down one nut on the valve, boom. Problem solved. Sent him some cash via Venmo as a thank you, wanted to come and leave him a great review. Thank you for your help, I will call you again if I ever have another plumbing issue!!

My nearly 20 year old water heater quit on a Saturday. From the looks of things it was worse than needing a fix. I reached out to several EMERGENCY plumbers and IFixedIt was immediately responsive from the phone call to arrival. He also addressed additional concerns regarding the water pipes, gas line, and the exhaust all VERY important. They unclog my shower drain, it kept on feeling up. And my kitchen sink to. Now it save me sometime cause I had to clean the sink and shower like every day. They done a great job

We had an issue with our pipes freezing over the winter and got a recommendation from our friend to call Economy Drain Cleaning & Plumbing. I could not be happier with the service we received. These guys are the best! No need to look any further.My experience with Joseph and his workers was great. I had a waste pipe break in the basement and the smell and mess was terrible. I wasn’t able to use my kitchen sink or washer so fast repair was necessary. Joseph sent someone out the next day and the job was complete a few days later.The crew Joseph sent we’re the best guys. They were professional, knowledgeable, extremely good at their jobs, and their work was beautiful. They were able to do some additional things that I added on the fly and even replaced a section of floor for me that had gotten soft because of the leak. They cleaned up all the mess they made and went above and beyond in everything they did.I’m certain to use these guys again for both emergencies and other plumbing and bathroom projects that I have planned. Turner brothers were very nice and helpful to all my questions and concerns, they put a new heating system in my house and were very professional. Mike and Jeff were clean and neat after the unit was installed I would not go with any other company.

They arrive quickly and do solid work. The employees that you talk to and that come out are very nice.Would recommend, mostly for ASAP type services.Biggest con is price; they charge higher than smaller, locally owned plumbing companies. That said, if you need service right away with a price that you can feel confident will not change from the quote then go with these guys knowing you'll pay a little more.

Cant recommend them highly enough. I had a sewer flood on Thanksgiving. I was referred to someone else first and scheduled him to come the next day, but he never showed up. I called every plumber I could find, but not one of them could give me a straight assessment of the problem, or an appx quote. Some didn't want to come to me because parking is tough. When I finally called Drains R Us, Tuan answered and quickly knew what the problem was and how to fix it. He was able to come out the same day. When there were signs of an ongoing issue, I called him at like 7am, and not only did he answer, he went out of his way to make sure Id be taken care of that same day. He is highly competent, extremely responsive and really wants to make his clients happy. Pick this guy.

Don't do business with this company. They misdiagnosed my heating issue, caused me to take several days off work and then tried to charge me for something no one told me about up front. Had to get another company to come out (Summers Quality) that correctly diagnosed the issue and took care of it quickly. After disputing the charge with the owner, he proceeded to make a claim to impact my credit.

Great customer service, they were on time and very professional. I will use this company again.
