1st was the call I made and spoke to customer service. I was thinking great start. The guy came out to give estimates and the price was reasonable. I needed my pipe replaced so I can was clothes. I swear in 30min I had new pipe, things cleaned up, paid by check, and signed the receipt. I am forever a customer if I had any plumbing problems. I told all my peeps we got a legit plumber now. I recommend them to any1. I told the plumber he was the truth. Straight business and no nonsense ?. ? I love it. Great service

They were very prompt with my inquiry. I needed a new garbage disposal and a new faucet. They replaced both and came the same day to fix the garbage disposal and the next day for the faucet. They fixed everything in a timely manner and were very professional and cleaned up any mess they made afterwards. I highly recommend them if anyone needs a a garbage disposal replaced or faucet sink replaced. Thank you again for all the great work done!

Warren from Boss Plumbing was incredible- I can’t thank him enough - we had an emergency at 10PM on a Sunday night of all days where water was shooting out of the toilet shut off valve that broke off, and then our water valve to shut off the main water also broke off, water was everywhere. I called so many 24/7 hour plumbers in the area and no one was available for the day of until I called Warren- he picked up right away, asked for pictures of what happened, and was on his way in no time. He came and fixed everything we needed to have us back up and running and even went the extra mile to improve our one toilet shut off valve. I am so thankful for Boss Plumbing, they literally saved our night and peace of mind. Warren was so friendly and I highly recommend them for any plumbing need- I couldn’t be more thankful for the 24/7 availability on even a Sunday night where we were in a huge predicament. I am recommending them to everyone I know!

Avoid. Unprofessional and rude to customers if something doesn't go right -- and that's how I judge a company's standards. Reached out to get my garbage disposal replaced/ repaired, they ended up being able to unclog it and get it to work right away (yay) however, a day later was clogged again and NOT working. This was not a big deal at first, as I had assumed it needed replacing in the first place (as I had even triple-checked with the tech who came out) that he was SURE it didn't need replacing. He said no. So, when sink started backing up again NEXT DAY I decide to wait for a few days to notify them (my bad - have a life, covid19 makes it scary to want a stranger in your house multiple times in a row) and now, I'm told I need to get a garbage disposal myself so they can put it in? My first thought is, why wasn't I told this for the first visit when I was sure they'd be replacing my garbage disposal? Also, any legitimate plumber should have those supplies, and it's why I'd reached out to this company in the first place to source what I needed for me. I don't know what the heck to buy. Who I assume is the owner calls me, and sounds INCREDIBLY suspicious about what I'm telling him? I get out of there quickly, message them that I'd like a partial refund for the garbage disposal since it had ended up being a completely extraneous visit as my garbage disposal and sink is clogged AGAIN. Guy gives me sass via messenger, says the work was done that I paid for so why would I expect a refund (the picture of the clogged sink I sent did nothing to persuade). I'm sure this company will have a good explanation for all of this, but the fact of the matter is, I'm leaving this review because what I had asked for was not done properly the first time, and instead of being greeted with great customer service and an attempt to fix it, I was met with suspicion, disbelief Why did I wait to reach out etc.

Fast, and came in a few hours on a Sunday of a holiday weekend! Straightforward pricing and totally reasonable!

Bob came out this morning and I was 100% impressed. Bob was punctual, friendly, informative and best of all he corrected the problem with our faulty tub/shower line (he even fixed a cosmetic problem with ourfreakishly long toilet bolts and added cover caps). Kit & Joey spent 5 hrs. at my house today unclogging some old pipes with tough to remove clogs. Kit was very honest before he began the work by telling me that snaking the drains may put a hole in the home’s old pipes. He said he’d give it a gentle try and if the drains didn’t clear, he’d have to remove old pipe, replace it with new, and in the instance of the kitchen sink, reroute the pipe. Fortunately, Kip & Joey were very skilled in manipulating the blockages, and very patient, so all blockages were cleared. They also replaced piping and faucets in my kitchen & bath. It was a lot of work, but they never complained. All estimates Kip quoted up front remained in place & were very fair. I’m hiring them agaIn mid-September to replace my water heater & sump pump.
