Best Toilet in Philadelphia PA

1st was the call I made and spoke to customer service. I was thinking great start. The guy came out to give estimates and the price was reasonable. I needed my pipe replaced so I can was clothes. I swear in 30min I had new pipe, things cleaned up, paid by check, and signed the receipt. I am forever a customer if I had any plumbing problems. I told all my peeps we got a legit plumber now. I recommend them to any1. I told the plumber he was the truth. Straight business and no nonsense ?. ? I love it. Great service

They were very prompt with my inquiry. I needed a new garbage disposal and a new faucet. They replaced both and came the same day to fix the garbage disposal and the next day for the faucet. They fixed everything in a timely manner and were very professional and cleaned up any mess they made afterwards. I highly recommend them if anyone needs a a garbage disposal replaced or faucet sink replaced. Thank you again for all the great work done!

We would just like to say that this has been one of the best experiences we have ever had with a contractor. I received a call back within 20 minutes of my initial contact and they sent someone out to our house within 4 hour, they showed up on time, and it’s Saturday.

Very Professional. Keith ensured I understood what was wrong, what was needed and the process. We've used this company multiple times. My wife and I refer to him as our plumber. We only use KCS plumbing and would recommend Keith and his crew to anyone.

We had a minor sewer back up and called Economy to come take a look. They answered the phone when I called and scheduled someone to come out the following day. They showed up early (called ahead), attempted to diagnose the issue both inside and outside the house, eventually linking the problem to a likely freeze blockage. The guy was super professional and respectful, refusing to charge us for his time since he did not perform any repairs. Highly recommend these guys! Responsive, professional, and honest.

Two plumbers repaired a toilet where the flapper wasn’t lined up correctly. They patiently waited before jumping in to do the repair so the toilet could misbehave, giving them an opportunity to see what was going on. They worked quickly and efficiently. I will definitely use their services again!

These guys are the best! No need to look any further.My experience with Joseph and his workers was great. I had a waste pipe break in the basement and the smell and mess was terrible. I wasn’t able to use my kitchen sink or washer so fast repair was necessary. Joseph sent someone out the next day and the job was complete a few days later.The crew Joseph sent we’re the best guys. They were professional, knowledgeable, extremely good at their jobs, and their work was beautiful. They were able to do some additional things that I added on the fly and even replaced a section of floor for me that had gotten soft because of the leak. They cleaned up all the mess they made and went above and beyond in everything they did.I’m certain to use these guys again for both emergencies and other plumbing and bathroom projects that I have planned. All of the work looks amazing and the price was excellent.

No one wants to have to replace your sewer pipes, but if you do, these are your guys. They were responsive, explained every detail of the process, helped us navigate our insurance and did a wonderful job. The guys were friendly, they worked quickly (dug up the sidewalk, replaced the pipe and reset the hole in one day) and left the job site spotless. Very professional, highly recommend!
