These guys are the best! No need to look any further.My experience with Joseph and his workers was great. I had a waste pipe break in the basement and the smell and mess was terrible. I wasn’t able to use my kitchen sink or washer so fast repair was necessary. Joseph sent someone out the next day and the job was complete a few days later.The crew Joseph sent we’re the best guys. They were professional, knowledgeable, extremely good at their jobs, and their work was beautiful. They were able to do some additional things that I added on the fly and even replaced a section of floor for me that had gotten soft because of the leak. They cleaned up all the mess they made and went above and beyond in everything they did.I’m certain to use these guys again for both emergencies and other plumbing and bathroom projects that I have planned. I was so nervous after getting water in my basement. Splash plumbers addressed all my concerns and guided me through the insurance process so that I would be reimbursed for their services. Our pit bull Rosco (not usually welcoming to strangers) was obsessed with Tim the plumber. Found out the owners have been fostering and donating to animal rescues for years. We couldn't be happier with the service we received.

Joe and his team (April, Lorraine, Dennis, Josh et al) are terrific. Very customer service oriented, high-quality workmanship and backed by great support. We've upgraded to new high-efficiency boiler/hot water heaters at our home in the Philly suburbs and a rental property in Philadelphia in the past couple of years. Big energy savings and trouble-free performance. Highly recommended.

Timely and professional, but very expensive! $358 just to change a faucet. It took one hour of work and I provided the new faucet. I was pleased with the service, but the price was very high for a relatively simple task. I would’ve done it myself had I had the proper tools.

They answered when I called so I didn't have to wait for a call back. They fixed my issue immediately. Much appreciated and good job.

Charlie and his helper came for a second opinion after our 1st plumber hired didn't even come inside and rushed to judgement. Charlie took his time to fully diagnose the issue, testing all 3 bathrooms and two stacks, to find the exact issue AND a satisfactory resolution. Very satisfied. Will absolutely hire again.

I was referred by my friend who is a plumber. Even he was shocked to here what a rip off this company is. I thought my kitchen drain wasn't draining. He checked and said it was draining fine. Took him all of 5 min. Then said I owed $125. I stayed the girl who took the call never said anything about a $125 service fee. He said there are 3 girls that answer the phone and they should say it. Do not call this place. There are many plumbing companies who did service calls for a lot less. And they tell you there rate on the phone, not back door you So they can rip you off.
