When I first contacted Boss plumbing, Warren left me his number and as soon as I called he picked up immediately. He asked for photos of my gas leak issue and was able to fit us into his weekend schedule. He’s very courteous and you can tell from speaking with him that he is professional and cares about client service. Hope to use him again for my future plumbing and heating needs.

These guys are the best! No need to look any further.My experience with Joseph and his workers was great. I had a waste pipe break in the basement and the smell and mess was terrible. I wasn’t able to use my kitchen sink or washer so fast repair was necessary. Joseph sent someone out the next day and the job was complete a few days later.The crew Joseph sent we’re the best guys. They were professional, knowledgeable, extremely good at their jobs, and their work was beautiful. They were able to do some additional things that I added on the fly and even replaced a section of floor for me that had gotten soft because of the leak. These guys were so great! Super communication, really quick to respond and not a rip off. Our new house was flooding with the recent storms. My experience was nothing short of excellent. I reached out at 6 something at night and someone was at my door in under a hour. Our heat wasn’t turning on and the gentlemen let me know what needed to be fixed and how it was going to get fixed. He did a amazing job.

Joe and Greg were awesome. Real authenic down to earth guys. Joe answers his calls and fits you in, without making you wait days to hear back like the other plumbers I called. I'm happy to have hit the jackpot on finding him on my first experience with a plumber. They replaced 3 old leaking faucets that used the old school gate valves in to easy ball valves. My go to plumber for sure.

Gorilla Inc. were quick to respond to my quote request and come out for the estimate. They demo my wall, removed the debris & installed dry wall in 1 day. They were very respectful and cleaned up after themselves. I have already requested them for more work.

I was recommended to use McClain Bros by Home Advisor to build a deck for me. It was a huge mistake. They are ignorant of Philadelphia building code, dishonest, careless in their work, and cost me $3000 for no deck.Rich C. (their Project Manager) came to my house and told me that permits would be hard to get but we could go ahead right away because of connections he had at L&I (a guy named Barry)They asked for half up front. (Red flag.)They provided an estimate with no itemization (Red flag.)They showed up in a plumbing truck despite claiming to be a construction outfit (Red flag.)They got off to a bad start when their master craftsman Walt poured a concrete footing in the wrong place. Sort of thing a tape measure usually helps you avoid.Though I'd been assured they were making the deck to code, L&I was called. (Barry was nowhere to be found.) L&I shut the project down. It stalled for 5 weeks. I had to chase Rich C. and Mark the owner for answers.It was a disaster. I feel they were less than honest and the result is that I got half my deposit back. Every aspect of dealing with them was unprofessional and I think you should probably avoid them if you can.

I’ve used this company two separate times. They were always professional and knowledgeable. Also patient and informative when I asked questions. Not to mention I received estimates from other companies and they were much higher. One company didn’t even show up! The plumber from Quality showed up at the time he scheduled and didn’t waste any time getting to work. I will definitely be using them again.
