These guys are the best! No need to look any further.My experience with Joseph and his workers was great. I had a waste pipe break in the basement and the smell and mess was terrible. I wasn’t able to use my kitchen sink or washer so fast repair was necessary. Joseph sent someone out the next day and the job was complete a few days later.The crew Joseph sent we’re the best guys. They were professional, knowledgeable, extremely good at their jobs, and their work was beautiful. They were able to do some additional things that I added on the fly and even replaced a section of floor for me that had gotten soft because of the leak. They cleaned up all the mess they made and went above and beyond in everything they did.I’m certain to use these guys again for both emergencies and other plumbing and bathroom projects that I have planned. Had Best Choice put in a new water supply line on a residential property.The whole process was pretty smooth. Christian came out and gave me an estimate a few hours after I called.The work was scheduled and completed about a week after down payment was received.Anthony and Jarron came out to do the line. They were both good to work with. I ask a lot of questions and annoyingly hover around when the work is being done. Jarron went above and beyond answering all my questions and although he probably thought I was annoying watching him work he didn’t let it show.The estimate was a little higher than I wanted to pay but when it was all said and done I would still recommend them and call them again in the future.Line came with a five year warranty.

My water pressure had been horrible for years. They accessed what was wrong and returned with the ordered parts in less than a week and completely fixed the problem. Pricing was reasonable and the installers were very professional.

Excellent service. They showed up within an hour after my call. The gentleman was very kind, professional, explained exactly what needed to be done until I fully understood. He treated my home with care, like he enjoys his work. I watched how he made precise neat openings so replacing the opening would be easy. I will be calling them for all future plumbing repairs.

Gorilla Inc. were quick to respond to my quote request and come out for the estimate. They demo my wall, removed the debris & installed dry wall in 1 day. They were very respectful and cleaned up after themselves. I have already requested them for more work.
