Best Tankless Heater in Philadelphia PA

I was very happy with the job Warren and DJ did to install our little cold water faucet. The faucet was a little out of the ordinary, but they figured out what needed to be done and were done relatively quickly. This was after another plumber came out and said that they would need to do extra work with extra parts in order to install it, and gave us an much larger estimate.Warren let DJ do the work, but he was patient and guided him through the process.I had reached out previously to Warren with another tiny project and he honestly told me that it was simple enough to do on my own, saving me hundreds of $.Happy to know there is a plumber out there that you can trust!

Had them come out because we had insurance and had a leaking pipe but they turned around charged us and never did the service and turned around and tried to charge extra money. Not good people!!

The only 24/7 emergency service that actually answered. Didn't actually need the service but the lady on the phone Alyssa was very nice while I was very stressed.

Bob came out this morning and I was 100% impressed. Bob was punctual, friendly, informative and best of all he corrected the problem with our faulty tub/shower line (he even fixed a cosmetic problem with ourfreakishly long toilet bolts and added cover caps). I will not hesitate to use and recommend Joseph's Affordable Plumbing in the future.

I'm feeling torn about this review. As a new homeowner I have a learning curve and navigating the ups and downs of a newly bought first house is hard enough. We had a terrible time with our basement and long story short after a rat invasion and a rehab of an already renovated basement we figured out our plumbing issue. Turner Brother's were the 2nd opinion. We decided to go with them. They were attentive, had the gear (including a scope that certain plumbers do not have), and Brian gave us the name of a guy who got us some money back on the 10,000.00 we had to spend from bad building. Well just a little money, but it was nice and something. The plumbing so far seems good. Its working and it's been since Jan/Feb2018. They had to dig in front of our house and created a big big mess. I didn't mind. Get it done and working! The cement was hastily done because it was cold and they are plumbers. That's not their job. However, we gave them a deposit to do the cement in the spring when it warmed up. Since spring, I've talked to Brian twice, and 4 or 5 other people. We've had no call backs from anyone and now NO ONE answers my phone call. I certainly don't mind getting someone else to do the cement work but I WOULD like my deposit for it back since it is a 1/4 of how much it will cost. Also I really wish someone from Turner Brothers would just call to tell me that they have too much on their plate. It makes me suspicious of the work they've done in the ground. In my opinion how you begin and end a job is what sticks with people. I'm not sure I'd use these guys again. So frustrated.

Had 2 toilets installed today and the guys were great! They are very neat! Vacuumed up all the debris! Very friendly! Would definitely recommend them!

wow...after making an appointment with this gaggle of folks (not sure it’s a legit business) i was told a tech will call me and setup a time, so far so good. the trouble is it’s 45 mins after the set time and the office nor the tech will answer my calls. checked yelp and who knew two stars at best and plenty of disgruntled ex customers. I’de definitely avoid this place like they had ebola...not a place worth dealing with at all!

I contacted Andrew because of a clogged kitchen sink and water leaking from my dishwasher. He responded back in minutes and was able to come out the same day. He figured out the issue was a clogged pipe in my basement. He went to pick up the parts I needed, installed everything and got my sink unclogged and my dishwasher to stop leaking all within a few hours. He gave me a very reasonable price and was very honest and friendly. He took time out to explain the issues and how to prevent any future problems. He’s now my go to for any plumbing needs and I’d highly recommend his services to anyone.

Well my time n my money was well spent. In my situation i had a diff plumber come out n i was just calling plumbing boys for a second opinion n price. Eddie came out(on time) n pointed out the same issue as the other only his price was half. Eddie was honest n explained that a few of the things i was being charged for from the other company didnt need to be touched. Needless to say himself n his employee Steve did the job fast,on time n very much to my satisfaction. Thank you Plumbing boys.

I first contacted these guys more than a month ago after a recommendation from a neighbor who had them install a pump.They initially came out in two days and told me the shower head needed to be replaced. I bought several that weekend, tried them all, and the issue did not go away. Called these guys all first thing the next week to tell them.The technician came out again a couple days later and took photos. He told me the cartridge usually takes just one or two days.Nobody called me for several days. So I called them again. The woman I spoke to said they must not have heard back from the supplier but they would contact me as soon as they did.Another week went by and still no phone call from the plumber. So I had to call them back again. This time I was told the photos the technician took were not clear. I immediately walked downstairs, took several photos, emailed them, and asked for confirmation they were okay.Another week went by. Again nobody responded. So I called and left a detailed urgent message with their answering service.The owner and namesake emailed me the next day early in the morning asking if he could come by. I replied within ten minutes despite being before 5am out West where I was traveling, explaining that would not work and asking if they revived the part. Nobody responded.So after 5 days I contacted them again. The woman I spoke to had the owner call me while I was on the line. Joseph explained this is is not how he does business and asked if he could come by today at 6:00am. I asked about a later time and he offered 6:30. Seeing he wouldn’t go much later, and given he seemed apologetic, I reluctantly agreed. We confirmed the 6:30 visit.Joseph also explained the supply house told them were two cartridges, they didn’t know which, and he would show me all the communication. He mentioned they wouldn’t charge me a service fee for the instal - only for the part. It was odd he didn’t tell me the price but I didn’t think anything of it at the time. Another odd thing was that I asked several times how long it would take to get the part and install it if we agreed though Joseph did not give me any answer.So this morning I awoke at 5:00 and was on my stoep from 6:25-7:05. Nobody came by.When I emailed to inquire and express my bewilderment, Joseph responded saying he called me this morning and left a voicemail. My phone has so not disturb on before 8am for obvious reasons so I did not see. I checked and did in fact have a voicemail - but it just asked me to call back. And it’s a moot point because we confirmed the 630 time. Backed by the word of the owner and namesake.I responded to his reply not even fifteen minutes later simply asking for the price of the part. This time Joseph did not respond.After more than a month, the office staff has now not responded at all a few times, responded extremely slowly others, and lied. Now the owner and namesake did not show up.And they haven’t even told me the price for the cartridge now that they heard back from the supply house. While I didn’t know why before, I do now. Just look at other google reviews.Don’t waste your time.

Very professional and quick. Jesse did a good job of covering all basis. New thermostat went to work immediately , just in time for cold weather.

I am a 82 yr. old handicapped widow on social security. I DO NOT LIE!!The only reason I let him in my house a second time is because he said he would fix my flange (he already knew my floor was warped when he promised to fix it) I thought he felt bad for overcharging me for the valve.Josephs was supposed to fix a valve in one bathroom and a flange in another. I was charged $425. to fix a valve. It took 10 minutes and a $18.00 part. A RIPOFF. When I complained to Joseph, he said he would fix my flange for $500. no matter what. He came the next day with a plumber I had requested he not bring because he was rude to me when he was fixing the valve.As Joseph entered my home, he was already revising his statement. Now he said he would do what he could do to fix the flange (a little different then fixing no matter what.). He charged me $300. and said the flange was fixed. Next day I had a carpenter in to tell me how much it would be to fix the floor and he said the flange was not fixed.I paid $725. and all Joseph's Affordable Plumbing did was fix the valve.

I am so glad I called Gorilla Inc. They were very knowledgeable about my situation and they gave me many options to have it resolved and paid. I will definitely use them again if I have any other future issues.
