Scam artists. I called about clogs in my bathtub and my sink. They did a visual inspection, used their fingers to pull a couple hairs out of my bathtub drain, and then tried to charge me $180. I called the service office and they lowered the charge to $125 but it was still a complete scam. They refused to snake the drain or do anything else. I pull the hair out of the drain myself every time I take a shower. My fiancé showed them a reverse osmosis machine that he wanted to install in the kitchen sink and they said they have no idea who to install pipes. Umm aren’t you supposed to be plumbers??

They responded to my inquiry promptly and replaced the garbage disposal same day and will be back for replacing the faucet as well. they did the work in a timely manner. I highly recommend this business for anyone that needs a new disposal and have it done professionally and correctly.

I had a very positive experience with Guaranteed. We had a sewage pipe leaking into our basement - I called at 7am and there were techs out by 9am. They diagnosed the issue (though it is $125 for each cut of drywall), and came back next day to do the work. They were very clean, on time, and I really appreciated their ability to fix the problem so quickly.

This company and employee Dennis are absolute scam artists. We called Roto after a basement flood from a sewer overflow, and they assured us that they would work with insurance to get us the best deal possible and make sure that we were covered by our policy. From the beginning, they took advantage of the fact that we did not know how to work with insurance and were afraid that our damage wouldn't be covered. They used fear mongering to make us believe that if we said the wrong thing, we would lose our coverage. For that reason, we didn't end up shopping around (a huge mistake) and trusted that they had our best interest in mind.After receiving a quote for $5-10k from Roto for basement cleanup, I mentioned to Dennis that $10k seemed absolutely ridiculous for this task. He assured me that the only way we see close to $10k in charges was if there was another issue discovered like mold. However, when insurance was billed, they received a bill for $10,300. They ended up charging $900/pp per hour for their work, which was pretty subpar (and for reference, our basement is only about 150 sq ft). They even left their personal garbage in our basement. Our coverage for sewer backup is only $15k, so after insurance paid us for the cost of redoing our basement, there is literally no money remaining to be reimbursed for damaged items in our basement or the $500 we paid Roto to come out 3x after they did not fix the issue the first time (they sent a camera tech instead of a plumber- magically when they sent a plumber on time 3 and he was able to snake the line, no more issues!). Dennis made so many empty promises, including somehow getting us $500-1000 off our deductible, which we recognized as BS from the beginning. We are so incredibly disappointed in this company for being so money hungry and stealing our insurance money. Even our insurance company told us that they absolutely do not recommend Roto to customers (we wish we had known). In a time of desperation to save our basement, Roto took full advantage of us.

Roger Ross staff were professional andthorough. The staff always kept meaware of their progress and issues thatneeded to be addressed. The Professional staff (Natasha) were veryaccommodating and professional.We are a Roman Catholic High School family. These guys are the best! No need to look any further.My experience with Joseph and his workers was great. I had a waste pipe break in the basement and the smell and mess was terrible. I wasn’t able to use my kitchen sink or washer so fast repair was necessary. Joseph sent someone out the next day and the job was complete a few days later.The crew Joseph sent we’re the best guys. They were professional, knowledgeable, extremely good at their jobs, and their work was beautiful. They were able to do some additional things that I added on the fly and even replaced a section of floor for me that had gotten soft because of the leak. They cleaned up all the mess they made and went above and beyond in everything they did.I’m certain to use these guys again for both emergencies and other plumbing and bathroom projects that I have planned. We had to have a part of our sewer line replaced and they came out the next day to check out what was going on, and within a couple weeks the job was done! Very fast, reliable and knowledgeable!! I wouldn't go anywhere else for plumbing issues! The prices are very reasonable, they won't try and screw you over like a lot of other plumbers would! Brian was great to communicate with!! I was crossing the street at a crosswalk (Susquehanna & Cedar, right outside Loco Pez) and a guy driving an Aqua van yelled at me and my pregnant wife for taking too long to cross the street and looking at his van when it looked like he wasn't going to stop at all. Lots of name calling once he realized I was taking pictures of his van. Another driver told me he'd cut them off too.Says it was his number on the side of the truck, so I guess he's the owner. Don't know how he is as a plumber but I wouldn't let this guy anywhere near my house.

The receptionist, Stephanie was knowledgeable and calming and very clear about pricing and expectations. She scheduled us for a time with two plumbing specialists and they arrived promptly. They were familiar with the job needs when they came onsite and adapted to minor nuances as necessary. Dan & Mark were both courteous and respectful. Mark worked efficiently and silently and went above and beyond with our expectations. If we weren’t moving from the area, we’d keep them in our phone book for each and every call, big or small!

The representative was outstanding. He was personable efficient knowledgeable and professional. I even learned a few things about the job he was performing. He answered all and any questions I had. Fantastic and prompt service as usual. My hot water heater had failed and I spoke with their office this morning and a technician was here within 2 hours and began the work.
