I have used Boss Plumbing a handful of times over the last 3 years. Warren and his team replaced out main sewer line, added an access port, installed a faucet/vanity, fixed a bathroom pipe, and a bunch of other work I can't remember. Just today 12/22 with my entire extended family over for Christmas weekend I had a pipe leak requiring shutting off the water to the house. Warren squeezed me in and quite literally saved Christmas. Boss plumbing is professional, prompt, trust-worthy, and deserves your business if you want honest work.

This is your company.They have helped us with hot water radiators and with a sewer line issue-- both times fixing issues that other companies couldn't figure out.Most recently, they saved us from spending 10k to dig up a sewer line in the backyard (as a different company recommended and quoted) and instead sourced the issue as a simple clog. Super grateful we called them instead of destroying our yard for no reason...

Tony saved the day without a doubt. My leaky faucet has been a constant problem of which was hard for others to solve. Tony fixed the problem in under an hour. He is a magnificent plumber who knows his craft and has a multitude of experience. Tony is definitely who you go to to solve your plumbing needs.

Steven was great, reliable, and hilarious. We had a toilet installed improperly from a prior contractor and Steven came by to look at the issue and he even went to the store to get necessary parts for the repair and completed the job!

I had a very positive experience with Guaranteed. We had a sewage pipe leaking into our basement - I called at 7am and there were techs out by 9am. They diagnosed the issue (though it is $125 for each cut of drywall), and came back next day to do the work. They were very clean, on time, and I really appreciated their ability to fix the problem so quickly.

Anthony and Al were professional, they quickly assessed the problem and vacuumed out area and replaced my sump pump. We had to have a part of our sewer line replaced and they came out the next day to check out what was going on, and within a couple weeks the job was done! Very fast, reliable and knowledgeable!! They arrive quickly and do solid work. The employees that you talk to and that come out are very nice.Would recommend, mostly for ASAP type services.Biggest con is price; they charge higher than smaller, locally owned plumbing companies. That said, if you need service right away with a price that you can feel confident will not change from the quote then go with these guys knowing you'll pay a little more.

Tuan went above and beyond to help us with our plumbing issues that we’ve been experiencing for about 2-3 weeks now. We had a few technicians come out before we got Tuans number from a family member and those previous technicians seemed like they were just trying to scam us. I appreciated working with Tuan because he was upfront, straightforward and honest (and also a complete JOY TO BE AROUND! Great personality). I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. These guys rock! The first time these guys came out to update the gas line connection for a new stove in a house we just bought. It took him about 15 minutes to get it connected and set up. When he was finished he gave me the basic tutorial of our new houses plumbing/heating system. He didn't have to do that, dude could have just bounced when he finished the job.The second time we called was a couple years later to get a second opinion on our old crown furnace. Someone from a larger big name heating and cooling company told my wife we needed to replace our furnace because it was over 20 years old it wasn't worth repairing. When we called Stimmler they gave us a cheaper price to put the same furnace as the big name company, but better yet they gave us a second option...replace a $30 Thermocouple! They couldn't tell me exactly how long the furnace would last, and they did have to replace the thermocouple again a few years later, but that old Crown Furnace sure did keep us warm last winter!

Overall Kelly was quick and did a good job. I wanted an earlier appointment and she called to see if she could come out that day and I appreciate the quick response.I did think the pricing was somewhat high but I got the job done so I'm happy.

Had an issue with a different company then I called Zoom and received James for my tech. He was polite, professional, and knowledgeable. He fixed the blockage n cleaned up after himself. I would definitely recommend Zoom to others.
