We've used John multiple times and we've always had nothing but a positive experience. You can get on the schedule quickly, John and his crew are always polite, professional, they work tidy and efficiently and do impeccable work. Their experience in working on old Philly houses shows as they're honest with what things are going to cost or simply can't be done without a large investment-- they keep everything pretty practical and they let you know when things can be addressed later or need to be addressed ASAP which is really helpful as a homeowner. Can't recommend him enough!!

Roman came out on an emergency basis to handle water flooding into my basement. He came in the evening, handled stopping the leak, and then came out the next day to do the repair. He was on time and did a terrific job. I have used Goodman a number of times over the years and am always happy.

They responded to my inquiry promptly and replaced the garbage disposal same day and will be back for replacing the faucet as well. they did the work in a timely manner. I highly recommend this business for anyone that needs a new disposal and have it done professionally and correctly.

Warren from Boss Plumbing was incredible- I can’t thank him enough - we had an emergency at 10PM on a Sunday night of all days where water was shooting out of the toilet shut off valve that broke off, and then our water valve to shut off the main water also broke off, water was everywhere. I called so many 24/7 hour plumbers in the area and no one was available for the day of until I called Warren- he picked up right away, asked for pictures of what happened, and was on his way in no time. He came and fixed everything we needed to have us back up and running and even went the extra mile to improve our one toilet shut off valve. I am so thankful for Boss Plumbing, they literally saved our night and peace of mind. Warren was so friendly and I highly recommend them for any plumbing need- I couldn’t be more thankful for the 24/7 availability on even a Sunday night where we were in a huge predicament. I am recommending them to everyone I know!

The plumbing technician that City Plumbing sent to home was EXCELLENT!!! His name is Alex, and he was the second plumber that was assigned for my repair. He was VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE as to how to tackle my problem. He is a Godsend and a blessing. He deserves a raise and all of the accolades possible!

My drain was clogged, I called KCS Plumbing and he sent someone out the same day I called. The gentlemen were courteous and they were able to unclog my drain, I will definitely use their services if needed in the future and will recommend them to my family and friends. I had a pipe burst in a poorly installed wet bar sink left by my home's previous owner. My HVAC company wasn't licensed to repair it. Due to other old valves in the house I couldn't stop the leak without shutting off my steam heat boiler. Plumbers my HVAC people recommended either didn't return the call, or flat out refused to cross City Ave. to do the job. I live near Montgomery County, PA. I've had many contractors refuse to come two blocks into the city. Ifixdit Plumbing, busy on jobs, called back in less than 15 minutes, was at my house in 24 hours, repaired the leak by cutting out the sink and capping the pipes at my request. Also replaced the two bad valves that forced me to shut off my heat. My new go-to guys!

I called Thompson Plumbing when I was not getting heat on the top floor of my three-story house. It is an old system that uses a boiler and hot water cast iron radiators. John came out and tweaked the pressure settings and bled the radiators resulting in fully warm and working system in an hour’s time. John did mention a radiator valve that may need to be replaced in the future. I highly recommend these guys.

Thanks to Joe we were able to fix our backup in our basement. He was friendly, knowledgeable and super helpful! Would absolutely call again for help!!

In attempting to replace our hose, we broke off a piece of our outdoor pipe on a Sunday evening of a holiday weekend and had to shut off our water to prevent it from spewing out everywhere. We were left scrambling for an emergency plumber — Roger got back to me right away and connected us with Dan, who came out the very next morning. Dan knew exactly what to do, and was quick, professional, and knowledgeable. He replaced our spigot and a valve and got our water up and running again in no time. Highly recommend this business — will use them again for future plumbing needs!

Bob came out this morning and I was 100% impressed. Bob was punctual, friendly, informative and best of all he corrected the problem with our faulty tub/shower line (he even fixed a cosmetic problem with ourfreakishly long toilet bolts and added cover caps).
