We called Goodman, to service our heater. James our technician, was prompt. (Even early). He took his time to diagnose our problem. As my husband suspected, it was a thermocoupliin. Five Star rating! James, also installed carbon monoxide detectors,, a complimentary service from the company! James also noted our very old hot water heater, which we will be replacing it soon. He gave us an estmate. Hopefully, James will be our tech again in the near future! Good work, James! also,explained everything as he went about the repair.

I opted for 24/7 emergency service because my kitchen sink drain was clogged and the water in the pipe just wouldn't budge. I was fortunate that John Snyder himself came through and saved the day. My experience was efficient and professional from beginning to ending. I received a call back from his office in a timely manner and after I provided the necessary details for the job, I received a text confirmation within minutes that John would be there with an approximate time. I received another text when he was actually heading my way. He was very personable, polite, and professional, and my kitchen sink drain was clear within an hour of his arrival. The cost was affordable and reasonable for quality work, which is what he delivered. After payment, I received a thank you, receipt, and review request via email. I was recommended this heating and plumbing company by a very skilled electrician I had previously hired to do some rewiring. I worked with Ryan and CJ who installed an indirect water heater as a second zone on my high efficiency boiler.The install was quick and tidy. We ran in to a difficult problem of intermittent banging which presented itself after all of the work was paid for (I paid half up front and half upon completion). The problem was difficult to diagnose because it would only happen every hour of so. Ryan and CJ were extremely patient and diligent as they came out to my residence 5 or 6 times to try and remedy the install. After replacing each part and though discussions with the manufacturers, eliminated the boiler and the water tank as culprits and zeroed in on a pump with a broken check valve. The folks at city plumbing are consummate professionals. I gladly recommend their work and their ability to stand by it.

My kitchen sink wouldn’t drain. We tried everything we could think of to clear. Had to call a professional, and I called “I Fixd It” for help. I called in the morning and Tony arrived by noon. He was very up front with how he works and prices. Tony communicated clearly. He was able to fix our kitchen drain in no time. This was the easiest time I had dealing with a contractor. He was straightforward and did the work right the first time. No fluff. No nickel-and-dime talk.

They called and came out as promised on time, for a free estimate, Pricing was excellent!! and they did the job on the spot.The guys Rich & Joe were VERY knowledgeable and professional, they explained every step clearly, and did an awesome job in a reasonable amount of time. they job was completed and clean up weas a breeze and I must say it was pleasure having them in my home. and would recommend to friends and family

Shocked they have a high google rating. Called on a Tuesday to schedule appointment same day but was allegedly booked so scheduled me for Wednesday 3/17/21 for 11 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Confirmed appointment via email after I requested. This morning, I cleared my schedule around their appointment, and waited for 2 hours and they never showed, called or contacted me whatsoever. After calling their office and getting voicemail, I finally get a call from an Anthony at 1:00 p.m., letting me know that they were running late for my 11 a.m. appointment. Really! Thanks for calling 2 hours later to let me know that while I wasted my entire morning and early afternoon waiting for you. Then after I try to explain how a phone call before you are 2 hours late for an appointment would be more advantageous, Anthony hangs up on me and ignores my multiple phone calls back. Apparently, Economy Drain's time is way more valuable than your time.They should spend less money on ads and google ratings and spend some of that money on upgrading their workforce.

I called Thompson Plumbing when my garbage disposal broken after I had gotten a glass stuck in it. I tried clearing it myself but it still wasn't working and wasn't draining. Instead of charging me $150 for an easy fix, they walked me through it on the phone and the method worked like a charm. If I ever have any real plumbing issues they will be the first call i make from now on!

Another great job from this company,Especially to Bob who did our shower. Our shower was leaking, no water pressure, and no hot water coming out. The big issue was when we moved in there's no access through the wall. Called Joe and no time he put us on schedule. Bob did a great job cutting and putting access to the wall, and didn't leave no mess at all. Im a happy customer. Thanks again.

These guys were so great! Super communication, really quick to respond and not a rip off. Our new house was flooding with the recent storms. We thought it was a sewer issue, but it turned out to be a construction cover up we would’ve never been able to guess. So glad we got them to look at it. They arrive quickly and do solid work. The employees that you talk to and that come out are very nice.Would recommend, mostly for ASAP type services.Biggest con is price; they charge higher than smaller, locally owned plumbing companies. That said, if you need service right away with a price that you can feel confident will not change from the quote then go with these guys knowing you'll pay a little more.

I’ve used Bill Frusco many times in the past for over 5 years & also recommended others to their company. The last person I recommended to them said they did not like their customer service. I never had a problem with them in the past but now I see why they said that after my last experience with them.I called them to come out to give me an estimate for 3 separate projects that needed to be done. Before the plumber left I told him that I needed 3 separate quotes and not just one big quote. 4-5 days later I received one big quote for all 3 projects. I sent an email and called to ask what the break down in price was because I was planning on getting the two smaller projects done at once and schedule the third project for a later date. I was told they would give me a call back - I never received a call back. I followed up every 3-5 days for two weeks after never receiving a call back - all I wanted was the break down for the quote to see what I wanted to get done first and when. I called for the last time before I was going to reach out to another plumber because they weren’t being responsive. I finally received a voicemail the next morning saying “we are not interested in doing the work and advise you call another plumber.” She doesn’t say why so I spoke to the receptionist who left me the voicemail, she said they were busy right now with AC’s. It didn’t sound like she was being honest at all because all I wanted was a quote & I didn’t even try to schedule a date yet for the work so I’m unsure why that was an excuse to not tell me the separate prices. I asked if I could get the correct quotes still to get it done after the summer was over to see what she would say & she said they can’t do that. I’m unsure why they even came out at all to look at the projects if they were too busy with AC’s to give out quotes. I was extremely patient with them every time I spoke to someone from their company so I was very confused after I received that voicemail and the way the conversation went when I asked her about getting the work done at a later date. After all of this, I’m disappointed I did not even receive a simple apology after waiting two weeks for a question to be answered and then told they don’t want to do the work.
