We've used John multiple times and we've always had nothing but a positive experience. You can get on the schedule quickly, John and his crew are always polite, professional, they work tidy and efficiently and do impeccable work. Their experience in working on old Philly houses shows as they're honest with what things are going to cost or simply can't be done without a large investment-- they keep everything pretty practical and they let you know when things can be addressed later or need to be addressed ASAP which is really helpful as a homeowner. Can't recommend him enough!!

Outstanding service we called Goodman on a Sunday and they were out in 30 minutes. Nick H was awesome very friendly and outgoing and he explained everything and gave us a great price. He went above and beyond to explain price and the work he would be doing. Make sure you ask for Nick. Would Highly recommend quality work.

They responded to my inquiry promptly and replaced the garbage disposal same day and will be back for replacing the faucet as well. they did the work in a timely manner. I highly recommend this business for anyone that needs a new disposal and have it done professionally and correctly.

I highly recommend Boss Plumbing! Warren, the owner, and his team member DJ came out late on a Friday night to unclog our main drain ahead of some rain storms. They were professional, efficient, and did an excellent job. Warren even took the time to explain the issue to us and give us some helpful tips to prevent future clogs. DJ was also very friendly and courteous throughout the process. We were very impressed with their service and will definitely be using Boss Plumbing for all of our plumbing needs in the future. Tony was very responsive he was able to fix my issue the same day. He sent photos and explained everything step by step. He also provided information on how to prevent having the same problem again. He is very knowledgeable. I will definitely use ifixdit again. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is the method of payment. If I could pay online this would have been the best experience I have ever had with a plumber. Although everything went great it was a little eerie giving my credit card number over the phone. If you've got septic drain problems call ifixdit. Thumbs up all around!!

The tech that came out to our home this morning was a Godsend. They sent someone ASAP. I had not had water for two whole days. He was able to find the issue and have it fixed within the hour. I am more than happy with the services I received.

Dan called me back much quicker than I expected and came immediately. He and his partner Dan were professional and put me at ease right away. The problem was bigger than expected and they stayed late and didn’t leave until they had a solution. I could tell the process involved different equipment and tools during each step and they knew what they were doing, had everything they needed, and worked quickly. Highly recommend this team.Update - the work on my leak continued today and it involved a larger problem related to work being done by construction on my street. Dan spoke to the contractors and contacted the water department on my behalf to help advocate for their help to get this issue resolved. I’m grateful for this extra level of support. And so happy to come home from work today to working plumbing.

Another great job from this company,Especially to Bob who did our shower. Our shower was leaking, no water pressure, and no hot water coming out. The big issue was when we moved in there's no access through the wall. Called Joe and no time he put us on schedule. Bob did a great job cutting and putting access to the wall, and didn't leave no mess at all. Im a happy customer. Thanks again.

The employees that you talk to and that come out are very nice.Would recommend, mostly for ASAP type services.Biggest con is price; they charge higher than smaller, locally owned plumbing companies. That said, if you need service right away with a price that you can feel confident will not change from the quote then go with these guys knowing you'll pay a little more.

Professional service, diagnosed the problem quickly and got me on the schedule to have it resolved asap. Took the time to explain things to me and show me the issues myself. Highly recommend.
