Amazing job and fair price! I double checked prices with other companies which this company was 3rd to check but should’ve been 1st! They were fast and sufficient and knowledgeable with my needs. I’m now in comfort thanks to them. Btw i had an old heater that was over 25yrs old but they managed it.

I opted for 24/7 emergency service because my kitchen sink drain was clogged and the water in the pipe just wouldn't budge. I was fortunate that John Snyder himself came through and saved the day. My experience was efficient and professional from beginning to ending. I received a call back from his office in a timely manner and after I provided the necessary details for the job, I received a text confirmation within minutes that John would be there with an approximate time. I received another text when he was actually heading my way. He was very personable, polite, and professional, and my kitchen sink drain was clear within an hour of his arrival. The cost was affordable and reasonable for quality work, which is what he delivered. After payment, I received a thank you, receipt, and review request via email. I called Guaranteed Plumbing on Monday morning and was told I would get a call Tuesday morning, and they did not disappoint! They called and came out as promised on time, for a free estimate, Pricing was excellent!! and they did the job on the spot.The guys Rich & Joe were VERY knowledgeable and professional, they explained every step clearly, and did an awesome job in a reasonable amount of time. they job was completed and clean up weas a breeze and I must say it was pleasure having them in my home. and would recommend to friends and family

Bob was punctual, friendly, informative and best of all he corrected the problem with our faulty tub/shower line (he even fixed a cosmetic problem with ourfreakishly long toilet bolts and added cover caps). I had Best Choice replace a condensate pipe in a closet in our house at the beginning of August, that seemed to go fine. Then we had a flood in the same closet from the drain pipe that goes out of the house. They told us it was from lint back up from the 3rd floor washing machine and said if they put in a trap, it would fix it because if it were to happen again (which they promised it wouldn't) the water would go to the bathroom sink on the 1st floor. We paid them $260. to complete that job at the end of August. We had to rip up the entire floor and replace it at a cost of about $1400. (we did the job ourselves). The day after Christmas, we had another flood. The system of it backing into the sink did not work. The brand new floor had to be ripped out again. This time we contacted our insurance company. I called Best Choice again and this time they sent a master plumber who said that the system they created the first time would have never worked and the original pipe set up was not up to code. This is after two other Best Choice plumbers worked in that same room. I suggested that replacing our floor should go through their insurance company, but they could not understand my reasoning. If they had sent a qualified plumber, we wouldn't have had another flood. They don't believe this issue was their fault because they don't know how the pipes were connected underground. They want us to pay them another $900. to fix the pipe connection and hook up a new washer and dryer, they said they would charge us at cost. I asked them to itemize the cost because it seemed like an awful lot of money for us only paying at cost, I did not receive a response, I called again and asked for Anthony to call me back and again have not received a response. We contacted two other plumbers to get a price to do the same job and they are both master plumbers who are cheaper than $900. One plumber told us that the trap system was done completely wrong.

Billy and his team at Aqua were great. They handled a problem I came across needing plumbing rerouted in my bathroom for a new vanity and identified other issues that I didn’t even know about and corrected everything so quickly and left me with clean looking new pipes I will never have to worry about. I find Billy to be honest when he describes what he anticipates will be an issue and even when he gives me a heads up about things for the future that aren’t necessarily an emergency. I have used them before for major and minor work and will use again!

The representative was outstanding. He was personable efficient knowledgeable and professional. I even learned a few things about the job he was performing. He answered all and any questions I had. And there were a few. I wish all my jobs could be handled this way. Thank you rotor Rooter keep up the excellent work.

I like that they use state of the art technology to make repairs. Avoiding a lot of digging up grounds when it is not necessary.
