Nick was awesome! Came out right at 8am and removed and installed a new water heater incredibly quickly and efficiently. He also was great with my dog, who kept trying to get in his way. Thanks again!

They responded to my inquiry promptly and replaced the garbage disposal same day and will be back for replacing the faucet as well. they did the work in a timely manner. I highly recommend this business for anyone that needs a new disposal and have it done professionally and correctly.

Steve and his crew are the best, they got me out of a real tight spot, I am in Calgary and my rental house had a water leak while it was -1000. He shuffled some people around and had someone there within the hour, totally crushed it, 100% would recommend and use again.

My drain was clogged, I called KCS Plumbing and he sent someone out the same day I called. The gentlemen were courteous and they were able to unclog my drain, I will definitely use their services if needed in the future and will recommend them to my family and friends. Toni was easy to setup an appointment with because he was able to text me availabilities and update me when a time slot opened up sooner than originally planned. I like that he wears booties for his shoes which is an added benefit because we don't wear shoes in the house. He looked at both issues i had with the sink and shower faucets, wrote down and gave me a detailed plan and estimate before getting approval to work. Great service overall.

Bob came out this morning and I was 100% impressed. Bob was punctual, friendly, informative and best of all he corrected the problem with our faulty tub/shower line (he even fixed a cosmetic problem with ourfreakishly long toilet bolts and added cover caps). Terrible company. I call them for an outside drain issue and they came out right away. Unfortunately, they didn't do ANYTHING for me but made the situation worse. They didn't even let my tenant know they were leaving and they would not respond to my texts or phone calls. It turns out whatever they did caused the kitchen sink drain to not drain at all. This was a disaster.

Had Best Choice put in a new water supply line on a residential property.The whole process was pretty smooth. Christian came out and gave me an estimate a few hours after I called.The work was scheduled and completed about a week after down payment was received.Anthony and Jarron came out to do the line. They were both good to work with. I ask a lot of questions and annoyingly hover around when the work is being done. Jarron went above and beyond answering all my questions and although he probably thought I was annoying watching him work he didn’t let it show.The estimate was a little higher than I wanted to pay but when it was all said and done I would still recommend them and call them again in the future.Line came with a five year warranty.
