1st was the call I made and spoke to customer service. I was thinking great start. The guy came out to give estimates and the price was reasonable. I needed my pipe replaced so I can was clothes. I swear in 30min I had new pipe, things cleaned up, paid by check, and signed the receipt. I am forever a customer if I had any plumbing problems. I told all my peeps we got a legit plumber now. I recommend them to any1. I told the plumber he was the truth. Straight business and no nonsense ?. ? I love it. Great service

They responded to my inquiry promptly and replaced the garbage disposal same day and will be back for replacing the faucet as well. they did the work in a timely manner. I highly recommend this business for anyone that needs a new disposal and have it done professionally and correctly.

A little miscommunication in the beginning, but they came out the next morning to make the repairs and made things right at my mom's house. will be recommending them to others.

Tony did an awesome job! After leaving a message he called me right back and offered to come over right away. Once he got to my house and assessed the problem he was able to fix the issue the same day. I am very pleased with his work and have already started passing his information along to family.

Steven was great, reliable, and hilarious. We had a toilet installed improperly from a prior contractor and Steven came by to look at the issue and he even went to the store to get necessary parts for the repair and completed the job!

Bob was punctual, friendly, informative and best of all he corrected the problem with our faulty tub/shower line (he even fixed a cosmetic problem with ourfreakishly long toilet bolts and added cover caps). To wake up on a 14 degree morning and realize your heater is not working could be beyond stressful. However, I called Brian at 7am and he managed, in between dealing with plumbing and frozen/busted pipe jobs, to repair my heater the same day!!! The day before a snow storm and the expected polar vortex!!! Brians prompt response and repair made the whole situation alot less stressful!!! Couldnt ask for better service! My house is nice and toasty

They arrive quickly and do solid work. The employees that you talk to and that come out are very nice.Would recommend, mostly for ASAP type services.Biggest con is price; they charge higher than smaller, locally owned plumbing companies. That said, if you need service right away with a price that you can feel confident will not change from the quote then go with these guys knowing you'll pay a little more.

I was referred by a co-worker and appreciated the professionalism from day 1. They were able to install our new furnace and AC unit within 3 days. They arrived on time, very clean, they protected the carpet with runner and covered their everything.

I asked Drains R Us to install a dishwasher and also a valve for a refrigerator. They said the cost is going to be $250 for installing a dishwasher and $150 for installing a valve. Two hours later, a plumber arrived and started working on the dishwasher. He installed dishwasher after about 90 minutes. However, there was a junction box under the former dishwasher to connect the power lines. The plumber told me that dishwasher cannot slide in completely and it would stay about 4 inches outside due to the junction box. I asked him to mount it on the wall but he refused. Ultimately, I asked him to let me pull the wires under the floor of the kitchen (in the basement) and asked him to connect the wires in the basement instead of on the kitchen (to let dishwasher slide in completely). I pulled down the wires myself and he came to the basement and connected the power lines in the junction box in the basement, instead of the kitchen. Later he charged me $75 for extra work, which is coming to the basement! He had to connect the same wires in the kitchen but when I pulled the wires to the basement and asked him to connect them in the basement but he charged me an extra $75!!
